*NURSING PLEXUS* – Proud of our nursing family!
*C.M. Patel College of Nursing*, Gandhinagar, a constituent college of *Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya*, celebrated *International Midwives Day* on *5th May 2026* under the guidance of the Principal and Vice Principal.
The programme was coordinated by *Ms. Rashmi Rajora*, T.Y. GNM Class Coordinator, *Ms. Varsha Rathod*, and *Ms. Rinkal*, S.Y. ANM Class Coordinator. It was organised by *Third Year G.N.M. & Second Year A.N.M.* students.
Students of T.Y. GNM prepared creative posters highlighting the 2026 theme *“One Million More Midwives”* and the message *“Midwives: A Vital Part of Every Birth”*, spreading awareness on the importance of skilled midwifery care.

Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya is participating in the *Education Expo 2026* on *25th April & 26th April 2026* at *Diamond Hall, Rajpath Club, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad*.
We cordially invite students, parents, and education enthusiasts to visit the *KSV University stall* to explore our diverse academic programs, admission guidance, and career opportunities.

*Arogya Ahaar 2026 – Swasthya No Swad*

C. M. Patel College of Nursing, a constituent college of Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, organized a food fest titled *“Arogya Ahaar 2026 – Swasthya No Swad”* on *23rd April 2026* under the NSS Cell.
A total of *20 stalls* were set up by the students of C. M. Patel College of Nursing. Each stall was unique in its recipes and presentation. Students maintained a perfect balance of *nutrition, hygiene, cleanliness, and taste* in all food items.
*Ms. Jigna Shah*, Founder of Zika’s Kitchen, and *Mr. Dharmendra Rathod*, NSS Cell Coordinator, KSV University, evaluated all the stalls and declared three winners from the 20 participating teams.
Students showcased remarkable creativity with different innovative ideas. Many students developed *new recipes and novelty dishes*, making the event a celebration of health, taste, and innovation. It was an amazing day filled with student enthusiasm and inventive concepts.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the *Hon’ble President of KSV University, Shri Vallabhbhai Patel Sir*, for providing this opportunity. Our gratitude to the *Principal and Vice Principal* for their guidance and constant support.
Special thanks to *Vice Principal Prof. Bhavisha Patel* for her meticulous planning, keen observation, and dedicated mentoring, which contributed to the grand success of this program.
We also thank *NSS Cell Coordinator Ms. Pooja Sharma*, *Ms. Hemangi*, all *NSS student volunteers*, and the *SNA team* for their hard work and dedication. We appreciate all *Class Coordinators* for their support and cooperation.

*C. M. Patel College of Nursing*, a constituent college of *Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandhinagar*, organized a *Two-Day Mandatory Module Training* for *5th and 7th Semester http://B.Sc. Nursing students* on *16th & 17th April 2026*. The training was conducted in collaboration with *Delta Healthcare, Vadodara, Gujarat*.
*Training Modules Covered (As per INC Guidelines):*
*For 5th Semester:* Facility Based Newborn Care, Evidence Based Newborn Care, Pediatric Life Support, and Integrated Management of Neonatal and Childhood Illness.
*For 7th Semester:* Safe Delivery App
This simulation-based training was aligned with *Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 9 & 17* and aimed to provide hands-on learning experience, reduce examination anxiety, and improve clinical performance.
