ADW is a tribute to Ahmedabad, India's first UNESCO city and, in many respects, the country's cradle of design. ADW is India's greatest exposition of designers, and it was created as a melting pot of ideas and insights, attracting notable designs from leaders, changemakers, corporations, universities, educators, practitioners, researchers, and of course designers.

The Ahmedabad design week event has piqued the interest of grey cells and sparked the imaginations of young brains, blurring the borders between the physical and virtual worlds.

The Lok Sabha has certain powers that make it more powerful than the Rajya Sabha. Motions of no confidence against the government can be introduced and passed in the Lok Sabha. Even though many legal amendments have been done in criminal law for the protection of the women, the non-criminalization of marital r**e in India undermines the dignity and human rights of women. The main agenda at present is: Discussion on the legality of marital r**e.
