Our Food Festival 2026 at Shri TMSD Mahila College, held on 7th August 2026, was a delightful blend of delicious food, vibrant stalls, creativity, and unforgettable memories.

The event was proudly inaugurated by our esteemed guest Shri Kiranbhai Ahir (President - KVM) whose presence made the occasion even more special. We were also honoured to welcome Dr. Jagdish Rayani (Assistant Professor – TCC) as the esteemed Judge of the event, whose valuable presence and evaluation added to the spirit of the celebration.

From traditional favourites to creative culinary delights, our students served it all with love, enthusiasm, and a whole lot of talent! 👩‍🍳

Shri Kutch Machchhoya Ahir Samaj Sanchalit Shri TMSD Mahila College, Adipur, in collaboration with ICTC Rambaug Hospital, Gandhidham, successfully organised an "Intensified IEC Awareness Programme about HIV & AIDS" on 31st July 2026.

The seminar aimed to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS, promote accurate knowledge, eliminate misconceptions, and encourage responsible health practices among students. Through this informative session, participants gained valuable insights into prevention, early detection, and the importance of creating a stigma-free society.

Shri Kutch Machchhoya Ahir Samaj Sanchalit Kanya Vidyamandir and Shri T.M.S.D. Mahila College, Adipur, organized a Thalassemia Awareness and Screening Programme on 3 August 2026 in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Gandhidham.

The programme was conducted for newly admitted students of the school and college to create awareness about thalassemia and the importance of early screening. Blood samples of 217 students were collected and sent for thalassemia testing.

The awareness session was conducted by Rtn. Samirbhai Shah (Thalassemia Project Coordinator), while Shri Ghelabhai Ahir (Secretary of the Institution) emphasized the need for thalassemia screening and spreading awareness across society. The event was also attended by Shri Miteshsinh Chauhan (Secretary, Rotary Club of Gandhidham), and other members of the Rotary Club of Gandhidham, including Rtn. Rahulbhai Anam, Rtn. Pankajbhai Morbiya, and Rtn. Jashwantbhai.

Shri T.M.S.D. Mahila College (Arts & Commerce), Adipur successfully organised an Awareness Programme on Mutual Funds and LIC Life Insurance to enhance students' financial literacy and help them make informed financial decisions.

We were privileged to have Shri Jayeshbhai Aboti and Shri Kishanbhai Chotara as our esteemed resource persons. Their insightful guidance on investment planning, financial security, and the importance of life insurance inspired students to understand the value of smart financial management.
