Registration on VSK Bots During PTM
During the PTM held today on 22-05-2026, online registrations on the Parent Pulse and Study Buddy Bots were successfully conducted across District Ganderbal under the guidance of the District Nodal Officer Ganderbal. Parents and teachers actively participated in the registration drive with great enthusiasm.
The initiative aimed to strengthen the connection between schools, parents, and students through digital platforms. The Parent Pulse Bot helps parents stay connected with their child’s educational progress, while the Study Buddy Bot supports students in learning and academic growth. The response from the participants was highly encouraging and inspiring.
All parents, teachers, and schools are encouraged to register on the VSK Bots and experience their educational benefits. Together, we can make digital learning more effective, accessible, and beneficial for every child.

Grand Parent Teacher Meetings were successfully held across various schools of District Ganderbal with active participation of parents, teachers, and educational authorities. The programme reflected a collective commitment towards the *holistic development and bright future* of students.
During the visit to GHS Shalabugh, *CEO Ganderbal and Dy. CEO Ganderbal* interacted warmly with parents and emphasized the importance of strong coordination *between schools and families for shaping responsible, disciplined, and morally strong citizens.* The discussions focused on behavioral transformation, value-based education, mental well-being, and creating a healthy atmosphere for children both at home and in schools.
The dignitaries highlighted that education is not confined to academics alone, but also aims at nurturing character, social responsibility, and positive thinking among students. They stressed that together, parents and teachers can build a better future and guide children away from social evils and harmful practices.
The meeting also carried a strong message regarding the collective responsibility of society in contributing towards a “ *Nasha Mukht Bharat* .” Parents were encouraged to remain vigilant, maintain open communication with their children, and actively participate in awareness initiatives to safeguard the younger generation from the menace of substance abuse.
The programme concluded with a philosophical message that “when schools and families walk together with trust and vision, the nation moves towards peace, prosperity, and enlightened citizenship.”

*Under the visionary initiative of NMBA@100 Days, the Chief Education Officer Ganderbal* conducted an inspiring *One-to-One Discussion cm Awareness Programme with School Ambassadors*( students), aimed at building a conscious, drug-free and morally strong society. The programme witnessed active participation of young minds who expressed their thoughts with remarkable confidence, wisdom and social responsibility.
The interactive session transformed into a *vibrant platform of intellectual exchange* where students, with extraordinary clarity and maturity, presented *valuable suggestions to eradicate the growing menace of drug abuse from society.* Their professional approach, analytical thinking and courageous expressions reflected the emerging leadership and awareness among the youth of District Ganderbal.
During the healthy and meaningful discussion, students engaged directly with the *Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Deputy Chief Education Officer Ganderbal,* District Coordinator and experts. Various aspects related to substance abuse, psychological impact, social destruction and preventive strategies were discussed in depth. The session also included an engaging Question-Answer interaction, where students raised thought-provoking queries and received expert guidance and counselling.
The programme highlighted the philosophy that education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge, but the enlightenment of conscience and character. The young ambassadors of Ganderbal proved that when guided with wisdom, compassion and awareness, students become the strongest voices against social evils.
The Chief Education Officer Ganderbal appreciated the students for their intellectual participation, responsible attitude and commitment towards building a healthy, enlightened and drug-free society. The officers and experts emphasized that collective awareness, moral values and community participation are the strongest weapons to abolish the menace of drugs.

*Every child carries a universe of talent, and every competition is a step towards discovering confidence, creativity, and purpose.*
Under the ambitious initiative *NMBA@100 Days, District Level Competitions* of *Essay Writing, Painting, and Singing* were organised with great enthusiasm at BHSS Ganderbal. The event witnessed active participation of students from different educational zones of the district.
The competitions were conducted in a phased manner from *School Level to Zonal Level, and today the Zonal Level toppers* showcased their talent and creativity at the district platform. The programme reflected the energy, confidence, and immense potential of young students, who expressed powerful messages against drug abuse and in favour of a healthy and responsible society through art, writing, and music.
Meritorious students securing top positions in different categories were awarded and appreciated for their outstanding performances. The programme aimed not only at promoting talent and healthy competition among students but also at spreading awareness regarding the importance of a drug-free society under NMBA@100 Days.
The event was organised by the office of the *Chief Education Officer Ganderbal in collaboration with District Social Welfare Office Ganderbal.*
