In continuation of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan 100 days (NMBA) @100 and with the objective of creating mass awareness against drug abuse, the District Administration Ganderbal organized a cyclothon from Clock Tower Ganderbal to Government College of Physical Education, Gadoora, Ganderbal at 7 am on 24th April 2026.
Two students of Qamaria Model Higher Secondary Educational Institute, Saloora Ganderbal, namely Haris Hamid of Class 12th and Shahid-ul-Din, participated in the event and brought laurels to the institution. Haris Hamid secured 1st position, while Shahid-ul-Din secured the 8th position.
Their achievement highlights the active participation of youth in promoting a drug-free society and serves as an inspiration for others.
