Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Mr Oneel Kumar and Dy CEO Rumaysa Sangeen Inaugurates 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign at BHSS Ganderbal.
The event marked the commencement of a series of patriotic activities aimed at encouraging citizens/ Students to hoist the national flag at their homes in the lead-up to Independence Day.
The campaign is part of the nationwide initiative under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating India's 75+ years of independence and promoting a spirit of unity and national pride.

Today, we observed International Yoga Day with our students through a peaceful and refreshing yoga session.
It was a small yet meaningful gathering filled with calmness, focus, and positive energy. Our students also participated in yoga session held at Govt college of physical education Gadoora, Ganderbal.

Environment Day Celebration at BHSS GBL...

World Environment Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in BHSS GBL on June 5th. The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote eco-friendly habits among students. Director School Education Mr. G N Itoo, Additional Secretary SED Mr. G N Bhat, CEO GBL Mr. Oneel kumar, Ex CEO Sheikh Gayas u din, D.O youth service and sports Sheikh shafkat Iqbal, Dy CEO Ms Rumaysa Sangeen, ZEO's and other officers and officials graced the event.

Director school education Mr GN Itoo sahab addressed the gathering, emphasizing the theme of the year and encouraging everyone to take small steps to protect nature.

Tree plantation drives were organized in the school garden, where students and teachers together planted saplings. Different activities like volleyball, tug of war, yoga, etc. and painting competitions were also held, with many students showcasing their creativity and concern for the environment. At the end of the event, Director School Education Kashmir Mr. GN Itoo felicitated the students. 🌿

BHSS GBL today accorded Warm Send off to Principal Mr Nusrat Hussain Wani sahab and MTS staff member Mr Mohd Shafi on their Superannuation.....
On attaining the age of Superannuation, Principal Mr Nusrat Hussain Wani sahab was accorded with a warm send off by the Officers and Officials of BHSS Gbl. A simple but impressive farewell party was held in which Superannuating Official was welcomed with fervour and enthusiasm. Teaching and Non Teaching faculty of BHSS GBL and other dignitaries appreciated the retiring official for rendering his utmost services in the department. Moreover, all the officials present on the occasion praised his honesty, sincerity and dedication while giving least priority to his personal interests. Further, all the staff members complemented the retiree for maintaining unblemished record and wished him a healthy and meaningful post retirement life. At the end of function, the retiree official Principal Mr Nusrat Hussain wani and mts staff member Mr Mohd Shafi thanked all his colleagues and Officers in showing affection and respect towards them.

Today, 76th Republic Day Celebrations were held in Qamaria stadium Ganderbal. Filled with enthusiasm, the NCC students of BHSS GBL presented an excellent show of March-Past praised by a gathering of large spectators who came to witness the function.
