प्रत्येक 23 जून को, यू.एस. राष्ट्रीय जलयोजन दिवस मनाता है। स्वस्थ जीवन जीने के लिए उचित जलयोजन महत्वपूर्ण है, लेकिन इसे अक्सर अनदेखा कर दिया जाता है। गर्मी के दिनों में बाहर पानी की बोतल ले जाना भूलना आसान है, लेकिन H2O पर बाहर जाने से स्वास्थ्य के लिए बड़े जोखिम हो सकते हैं।
राष्ट्रीय जलयोजन दिवस दिवंगत फुटबॉल कोच विक्टर हॉकिन्स के सम्मान में बनाया गया था, जिन्होंने अपने खिलाड़ियों को मैदान पर स्वस्थ रखने के लिए एक विशेष हाइड्रेटिंग माउथगार्ड का आविष्कार किया था।
