सरफ़रोशी की शमा दिल में जला लू तो क्या होगा?
सारा लहू अगर शरहदों पे बहा दूँ तो क्या होगा?...
आँखों में सपने लिए हमारे देश के जवानों ने,
खायी थी कसम कभी के भारत को आज़ाद करना हैं

लड़े थे देश के खातिर और शहीद होकर अमर हुए
उनकी याद में आज़ादी मनाकर आज का दिन सजाना हैं

मत भूलना वो हज़ारों लोगों की क़ुर्बानी दोस्तों,
उनकी ही वजह से आज भारत में आज़ादी का खजाना हैं,

महात्मा गाँधी, चाचा नेहरू, भगत सिंह जैसे,
महापुरषों का देखो, लगा यहां ताना बना हैं

कर कोशिश आज तू देश की उन्नति में साथ देने की,
जीना भी यही और एक दिन यही मर जाना हैं,

हैं धरती हमारी माता इसका करो सम्मान सदा
इसी मिटटी से बने हैं हम, इसी मिटटी में फिर मिल जाना हैं
