🎨 Classes 1 & 2 – Raksha Bandhan Card Making
Students showcased their creativity by designing beautiful and colourful Raksha Bandhan cards. 💌🌺

🌿 Classes 3 to 8 – Mehndi & Rakhi Making
👧 Girls participated in a Mehndi Competition, while 👦 boys showcased their creativity through a Rakhi Making Competition. 🎀✨

📝 Classes 9 to 12 – Article Writing Competition
Students expressed their thoughts and emotions through meaningful articles on the theme of Raksha Bandhan, highlighting the values of love, trust, respect, and togetherness. 🖊️📖

The celebration was not just about tying a rakhi—it was about understanding the beautiful bond of love, care, respect, and responsibility between brothers and sisters. ❤️🤝

Historic Achievement: Bachendri Pal is a legendary Indian mountaineer who became the first Indian woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest on May 23, 1984.

Early Life: She was born on May 24, 1954, in a small village named Nakuri in Uttar Kashi, Uttarakhand.

Passion for Climbing: Her passion for mountaineering started at a very young age—she completed her first climb at the age of 12 during a school picnic.

Professional Training: She received formal mountaineering training from the prestigious Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) in Uttarkashi.

Career & Leadership: After her historic Everest feat, she joined Tata Steel as the head of Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF), where she trained and guided many aspiring mountaineers.

Honors & Awards: For her extraordinary bravery and achievements, the Government of India honored her with the Padma Shri in 1984 and the Padma Bhushan in 2019.

Inspiration: She is a true symbol of courage and women empowerment, inspiring millions across the world to dream big and overcome challenges

Scaled a 13,123-foot peak during a school picnic at age 12. Completed her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Education degrees in Dehradun.Historic Mount Everest Climb selected for India's official team named "Everest '84" to climb the mountain.Reached the highest summit on May 23, 1984, after fighting bad weather and heavy snow. Proved her strength despite her family wanting her to take a simple job as a teacher.Awards and Legacy Received the prestigious Padma Shri award in 1984 and the Padma Bhushan in 2019.
