Faculty Development Programme – Leading with Purpose: Driving Meaningful Change in Education!!
A thought-provoking Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on the theme "Leading with Purpose: Driving Meaningful Change in Education" was successfully conducted for our teachers. The session was led by a distinguished Psychologist Counsellor Ms. Rupal Arora from BML Munjal University, who enlightened the educators on purposeful leadership, emotional intelligence, and transformative pedagogical practices.
The aim of the programme was to empower teachers as leaders – to lead classrooms with empathy, foster a growth mindset, and drive meaningful and sustainable change in the teaching-learning process.

Fire Safety Workshop and Mock Drill Conducted!!
A Fire Safety Workshop and Mock Drill was successfully conducted for our teachers and supportive staff.
The session included briefing on: Types of fire and fire extinguishers, Dos and Don’ts during a fire emergency, Safe evacuation procedures, Hands-on demonstration of using fire extinguishers.
The drill aimed at creating awareness, preparedness and building a prompt response mechanism to ensure the safety of our students and staff in case of any emergency.
We thank our safety team for conducting such an informative and life-saving session.

A Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management is successfully conducted for our teachers. The insightful session was led by our esteemed resource persons Mrs. Rakhi Sharma and Ms. Alka Sharma.
The aim of the programme was to equip teachers with tools to identify stressors, practice mindfulness, foster emotional resilience and promote overall mental well-being – because a stress-free teacher creates a happy and healthy classroom.
The session was highly interactive with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and real-life case discussions.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our resource persons for this rejuvenating and empowering session.

Under our ongoing Kaushal Bodh programme, students of Grade VI were acquainted with the world of Machine Learning and real-life appliances. Our PGT Physics, Mr. Brijesh along with our electrician staff briefed the students on the parts and working of different appliances used at home and school.
The aim of the session was to provide real-life learning and experiential learning, connecting textbook knowledge with practical application and making students future-ready.
We thank Mr. Brijesh and our support staff for this insightful session.
