मैं लगभग पिछले लगभग 30 सालों से एयरटेल कंपनी का एक कनेक्शन यूज कर रहा हूँ! मैंने दिसम्बर 2024 को एक और कनेक्शन को अपने पहले कनेक्शन के साथ एड करवा लिया था ! तब मेरे पहले कनेक्शन में 250 जीबी इंटरनेट डाटा बैलंस था ! दूसरा कनेक्शन एड करवाने के बाद मुझे दोनों कनेक्शन पर हर महीने 105 जीबी इंटरनेट डाटा मिलने लगा ! कम्पनी ने चुपचाप लगभग 6 महीने में मेरे 250 जीबी डाटा खत्म्म कर दिया कई बार कम्पलेंट भी की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई ! अब 2 महीने से मुझे हर महीने 105 जीबी डाटा मिलता है उस महीना पूरा होने से पहले खत्म कर दिया जाने लगा ! इस महीने तो उन्होंने बिल में हेराफेरी करके लगभग 200/- रूपए का बिल फालतू बनाकर भेज दिया ! कल कस्टमर केयर पर कम्पलेंट की तो कम्पलेंट लेने वाले को भी लगा बिल गलत बना है उसने कम्पलेंट ले ली ! आज मुझे मैसेज आया आपकी कम्पलेंट को सॉल्व कर दिया गया है आज जब मैंने कस्टमर केयर पर काल की तू मुझे बताया गया आपने हमें पिछले महीने दो बार 15 /15 जीबी इंटरनेट डाटा और लिया है जबकि मैंने कम्पनी से किसी भी तरह से और इंटरनेट डाटा लिया ही नहीं है!
एयरटेल कम्पनी बिलो में भी हेराफेरी कर रही है और लोगो के इंटरनेट डाटा भी चुरा रही है!
एयरटेल कम्पनी लोगो के साथ बिल और डाटा में फ्रॉड कर रही है!
