is India's largest network of technology based satellite coaching centers for Chartered Accountancy. Description ETEN CA is a pioneering initiative aimed to help CA aspirants get advanced, scientific, and personalized coaching from acclaimed faculties, at their home town and at a lower cost compared to what they would have incurred if they took in-person classes from the same faculty. The faculty
lectures are beamed to all authorized ETEN CA centers from the state-of-the-art central studios at Delhi, NOIDA, Gurgaon, Chennai, and Bengaluru. During the sessions students and faculty are able to see and hear each other as if they are face to face. The faculty can look into each class and observe each student closely, to monitor their body language and expressions. The entire session is aided by expert session-controllers and center coordinators. Students can use the chat feature provided in all classrooms to answer faculty questions, to pose questions or clarify doubts to the faculty at any time during the session. Any student-faculty interaction may be seen by all centers to enable all students to collectively benefit from queries. • CA Dr. Girish Ahuja (IPCC - Income Tax :: Final - Direct Tax) – Dr. Girish Ahuja did his graduation and post-graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce and was a position holder. He has been teaching Direct Taxes to students at various levels for more than 37 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and was placed in the merit list of both Intermediate and Final Examinations of the Institute. He had been nominated by the Government to the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for two terms. He is also on the Board of Directors of many companies and has a vast and rich experience in the field of finance and Taxation.
• CA Praveen Sharma (IPCC – Accounts :: Final – Accounts)- Mr. Parveen Sharma is a first class commerce graduate from Delhi University, having done his graduation from Sri Venkateswara College. He qualified Chartered Accountancy Course in 1996 and was placed in merit list (Rank Holder) in Intermediate and Finals both. He completed his post graduation in Indian Accounting Standards and US GAAP in July 2007. He topped Delhi University by scoring 100% marks in Accountancy. He also won Gold Medal in Accounts Olympiad held in 1990. He has the honour of being co-opted as a member to Board of Studies (2006-2007), Advisor, Accounting Standards Committee (2007-08) Member of Committee for Accounting Standards for Local Bodies for the year 2007-2008, and Regional Monitoring Committee (2003-04) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently teaching accountancy at various levels Professional Institutes and Universities and has addressed a number of courses and seminars organized in Professional Institutes. He has authored research documents on various issues.
• CFA Sanjay Saraf (Final - Strategic Financial Management)- Mr.Sanjay Saraf spent 14 years as an arbitrage consultant, with top-tier firms, to executives, CFOs and Boards on strategy, transactions, performance measurement, and incentives. For several years, he has been a regular contributor to IBS, Kolkata. He is also a visiting faculty at ICAI and ICSI. He combines a practical background in actual corporate transactions with extensive academic training.
