Adv. Vijayshree, Mental Health Expert, POSH & POCSO Expert, and Entrepreneur, addressed the faculty and staff members of Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology, Faridabad during an insightful Awareness Session on Gender Sensitization and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act organized by the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) – Women Cell on 12th May 2026.
The session focused on promoting gender sensitivity, professional workplace ethics, and awareness regarding the provisions and redressal mechanisms under the POSH Act, reinforcing the institution’s commitment towards creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Faculty and staff members actively participated in the session, reflecting a collective commitment towards fostering dignity, equality, and mutual respect within the campus community.

Strengthening Financial Awareness & Cyber Safety!

Mr. Dewakar Arora, Dy. Vice President, HDFC Bank, delivered an insightful session on “Financial Awareness and Cyber Fraud Prevention” at Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology (SDIET) on 11th May 2026. Organised in collaboration with HDFC Bank, the session focused on educating faculty and staff members about safe banking practices, digital payment security, and preventive measures against cyber frauds in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.
Through an engaging and interactive discussion, Mr. Arora shared valuable knowledge on identifying online scams, protecting personal financial information, and promoting responsible financial habits. The session proved highly informative and empowered participants with practical strategies to stay financially aware and cyber secure.

Youth Engagement Program in collaboration with Gillette India at SDIET:
An initiative focused on awareness, interaction, and active student participation.

The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) – Women Cell of Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology, in association with Gillette India, successfully organized a Youth Engagement Program on 11th May 2026 at the SDIET campus.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, fostering awareness, interaction, and active youth engagement. Participants were provided with complimentary Gillette Guard Razors along with exclusive E-Certificates, making the initiative both meaningful and impactful.
The programme reflected SDIET’s continued commitment towards youth empowerment, confidence building, and creating enriching campus experiences for students.

Beyond Academics: Building Confidence, Communication & Corporate Readiness!

The Department of Management Studies successfully conducted Soft Skills Training Programme from January – April 2026 for 2nd and 3rd Year students of BBA–Financial Services & Banking and BBA–Digital Marketing. The programme, conducted in collaboration with Alpha Minds, focused on enhancing communication skills, CV building, interview preparation, group discussions, professional etiquette and overall placement readiness through practical and interactive sessions.
The training significantly contributed towards improving students’ confidence, personality development, presentation skills and professional approach, preparing them to meet corporate expectations with confidence and competence.

Demonstrating its strong commitment towards industry-oriented learning and student excellence, the Department of Management Studies at Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology successfully conducted an intensive 3-month Quantitative Aptitude Training Program for the students of BBA Digital Marketing 4th & 6th Semester and BBA Banking & Finance Services 4th & 6th Semester.
Designed to sharpen analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and placement preparedness, the training covered crucial aptitude domains through continuous practice, interactive learning, and real-time problem-solving sessions. The program significantly enhanced students’ confidence, speed, and competitive aptitude skills — preparing them to excel in placements and future professional challenges.
