*DPS BALLABGARH* organised *an Inter – House English Debate competition*👥🎤🎧 on October 12, 2020. The aim of the competition was to hone public speaking skills of the students and teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions. The speakers of classes VI-VIII of four houses i.e. *GANGA HOUSE, YAMUNA HOUSE ,JHELAM HOUSE AND CHENAB HOUSE* spoke eloculently on the topic ‘ *Girls are equal to Boys* ’. The participants speaking for both ‘favour’ and ‘against’ the motion debated enthusiastically. The highlight of the event was the questioning round, as a volley of questions were answered confidently by both the sides, inviting counter questions which were aptly answered by witty and vivacious speakers.
The competition was adjudged by Ms. Akansha, PGT English. The houses were well prepared and undoubtedly convinced the audience of their beliefs and views. They exhibited great oratory skill. 🗣️The competition was an enthralling experience for the speaker as well as the audience.👏👏🎊

🎉🎉 Keeping this motto in mind DPS Ballabgarh conducted special assembly on *Skill based Education* in senior wing during morning assembly session.☄️🤗🤗 Students shared beautiful poems ,quotes and greetings on this occasion 🌟🌟.They delieneated the importance of skill education in their life. 🌟🌟

It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken 🌹🌹🤷‍♂️joy in creative expression and knowledge.The precious 👵ideas shared by the teachers' 👱‍♀️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️which made the session more unique.🎊🎊🎊

A *Virtual Debate competition* 🗣️🎤 had been organized by Delhi Public School Ballabgarh on ' *Violence Vs Non-Violence which is more effective as a driver of Change '* for Dipsites of Class XI , keeping in mind 👇🏻

The competition was worth-enjoying for the audience. Every debater was cheered up for their pleasing presentation and sharp arguments. The competition revealed many aspects of Violence Vs Non-Violence.
Also it helped the Dipsites to inculcate good values and understood both the perspectives of Violence and Non-Violence and its weild to accomplish their aims ✌🏻

Recycling is one of the best ways for you to have a positive impact on the world in which we live🌎. Recycling is important to both the natural environment🍀 and for us.🙂We must act fast as the amount of waste we create is increasing all the time.
The students of DPS Ballabgarh participated in 'Best out of Waste' activity held on 5th October 20👏 .The objective of this activity was to create love for environment and animal by making best out of waste with help of recyclable things. Students made paper bag,fish aquarium,penstand, dessert scene, beautiful wall hanging etc.🤓Students used their imagination and creativity to make Innovative things.👨‍🎨This activity brought awareness among the students to use the resources properly and never waste them🤩
The motto - Reduse,Reuse and Recycle was once again reiterated.👍
This fun-filled activity witness an enthusiastic participation by all students and their efforts in bringing out their creative skills...🙋‍♀️

The special assembly presented by the students of classes III-VIII on the occasion of ‘Gandhi Jayanti’, 1st October 2020. It was an effort to give a deep insight into the life and times of Mahatma Gandhi and encouraged them to think about his vision of ' Truth & Non- Violence’.
The assembly began with an eloquent thought that emphasized the importance of the concept of non-violence.Stdents presented beautiful song and poem on Non-Violence.Students showcased the role of Bapu in India’s struggle for freedom with his weapon of Non Violence.
The assembly was finally concluded with the dance performance which filled the ambience with a feeling of patriotism for our country.
It was well appreciated by the Principal ma’am, Ms. Arti Anil Lawand who encouraged the children to think about values of sacrifice and freedom. She emphasized the importance of the famous message quoted by Mahatma Gandhiji "Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."

A live Online quiz competition 'Quiztopher' 🧐🎓was organised by Delhi Public School Ballabgarh 🏫 on 2nd October 2020 for the student of class 3-11.📱💻
Students from various schools participated in the virtual quiz.
Live scores were displayed on screen. The quiz was entertaining yet insightful.📚
The quiz consisted of 5 rounds Reasoning 🧠visual👀 listening🗣️🧏🏻 spellathon📰 and jackpot🎥📕✈️🎨🎼🏆

Our teachers interacted with the students. We had a motivational session with the children🥇 In the times of covid-19 pandemic our school is not shying away from providing opportunities to students of all backgrounds🎖️🏵️
Exciting prizes🏆🥇🥈🥉🎓🎁 and scholarships will be provided to the winners.🎊
