Ambedkar Jayanti is celebrated with great fervour all over India. It is celebrated to commemorate the great Indian leader, philosopher and social worker, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Dr. Ambedkar dedicated his life to uplift the Dalit class and help them attain their due respect in the society.

He was determined to do something for the upliftment of the Dalit class from an early age as being a Dalit, he experienced the discrimination against them from an early age. His hard work and dedication towards this cause earned immense accolades and brought about reforms. No wonder, a special day has been dedicated to this great soul.
So to recall the social work of Shri Bhimrao Ambedkar Our Emeraldians of (3rd to 5th class) celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti. Here are some glimpses of it.

Heritage
Heritage means what we inherit from our ancestors and from our past. India is a land of varied cultures and traditions. People from numerous castes, religions, and creeds reside in our country. Each ethnic group in our country has its own tale of origin and its set of unique traditions and culture. They have all contributed to the making of Indian history and culture. Nature has made India into a distinct geographical entity. India is an ancient country. We are blessed with a beautiful heritage. We are solely responsible to preserve the same so that our future generations also get to see and experience the same. We Emeraldians feel proud to be Indians and to feel this proud we held an activity of (6th to 8th class students) on 12th March 2024).Here are some glimpses of it.

A trip to Rajwada farms:

The students enjoyed pottery making, magic shows, bullock cart ride, trampoline, snake charming , tractor rides, zip line, artificial rock climbing, bungee run, zorb roller, bridges commando net and many many other activities and to fuel them for all this , they had a sumptuous breakfast, nutritious lunch , snacks, milk shake etc.
It was a great experience for students and teachers alike and the students had so much fun and learning that they were not ready to come back.
It was a day well spent for all.

A trip to Rajwada farms:

The students enjoyed pottery making, magic shows, bullock cart ride, trampoline, snake charming , tractor rides, zip line, artificial rock climbing, bungee run, zorb roller, bridges commando net and many many other activities and to fuel them for all this , they had a sumptuous breakfast, nutritious lunch , snacks, milk shake etc.
