Junior Stars Pre-School Welcome
At Junior Stars, we believe children should have the best possible start in life. We create age-appropriate learning opportunities at all levels.

Our goal is to provide a structured curriculum and a positive environment which is designed to meet social, emotional, language and cognitive development of children and help them accept the challenge to succeed throughout their school years and beyond. We also aim to partner with parents to see confident kids emerge from our school. We envision our children to become active participants in, and shapers of, their worlds and to grow cognitively, socially, emotionally and globally through child based, teacher facilitated learning. Our curriculum is based in the belief that children learn best through active and engaging sensory experiences. We focus on a child’s growth, self-esteem, and natural curiosity. We encourage children to develop unique skills, interests, and strengths by introducing them to various activities that include puppet shows, cartoon shows, sand play, coloring, scribbling, etc. We also have activities like fancy dress, field trips, and festival celebrations and encourage our children to actively participate in these programmes. At Junior Stars, children develop a variety of skills that are integrated through music, art, table toys, movement games, puzzles, and books. A detailed daily schedule meets the needs of children with both structure and flexibility. Although teachers attend to the individual needs, the group or whole class experience is a very important aspect of our program. By continually listening, talking and describing actions to our children, we help enhance vocabulary, expand expressive language skills, develop self – esteem, and increase awareness. Teachers facilitate opportunities for children to engage in reading, writing, listening, and speaking using poems, finger plays, puppets, singing, and rhyming. Apart from this, we also have dance yoga sessions that cater to the physical and mental needs of the child.
