A Parent Orientation Programme was organized by St. Joseph’s Convent School on 18th September for the parents of Standard V to strengthen the partnership between parents and the school and promote the overall well-being of children.
The programme was conducted by Mrs. Rashmi Bhamra, Mrs. Karuna Dialle, and Mrs. Ruchi Mehndiratta. Key areas such as personal hygiene, healthy eating habits, positive parenting, and accurate student documentation were discussed. Parents were also briefed about CBSE and UDISE requirements.
Overall, the programme was interactive, informative, and fruitful, providing parents with valuable guidance to support their children’s academic, emotional, and personal development.

Teachers’ Day Celebration

Our school celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and gratitude to honour the dedication, guidance, and invaluable contribution of our teachers. The programme was organised as a heartfelt tribute to the mentors who inspire us to learn, grow, and become better individuals.

The celebration began with a warm welcome, followed by a special assembly dedicated to our teachers. Students presented a variety of cultural performances, including songs, dances, which added joy and excitement to the occasion. The performances beautifully expressed the students’ love, respect, and appreciation for their teachers.

A special highlight of the celebration was the fun-filled games and activities organised for the teachers and students. An exciting tug-of-war competition was held between the female teachers and the girls, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, laughter, and friendly competition. This was followed by an energetic dodgeball match between the male staff and the boys, which kept everyone engaged and cheering throughout the game.

These activities provided a wonderful opportunity for teachers and students to interact beyond the classroom and enjoy some memorable moments together. The spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie made the celebration even more enjoyable.

The programme concluded with a note of gratitude to all the teachers for their constant support, patience, and encouragement. Teachers’ Day reminded everyone that teachers play a vital role not only in shaping our academic journey but also in shaping our character and future.

An Eco Club Rally on the theme “Conservation of Energy” was successfully organized on 27th August,2026. The rally was conducted with the active participation of the four houses—Violet House, Sunflower House, Rose House, and Shamrock House.
The programme was organized with the valuable guidance and support of the Eco Club teachers and the House teachers. All four houses participated enthusiastically and performed very well. The children confidently presented the importance of conserving energy and spread awareness about the need to save electricity and other sources of energy.
The rally was beautifully conducted by the children, who gave their best efforts and performed with great enthusiasm and confidence. Their performances and active participation made the programme a great success.
The efforts of the students, Eco Club teachers, and House teachers were highly appreciated by our Respected Manager, Sister Divya . Overall, the rally was successfully conducted and conveyed the important message:

St. Joseph Convent School celebrated the vibrant festival of Onam on 25th August 2026 with great joy and enthusiasm. The celebration was graced by Rev. Fr. Arokia Das, along with our Manager Sr. Divya, Principal Sr. Julie, Vice Principal Sr. Sarita, all the Sisters, teachers, and our dear children.

The programme began with the grand entry of Maveli accompanied by the honoured guest and the Sisters. The celebrations continued with a beautiful Thiruvathira performance, followed by a meaningful speech by the children highlighting the significance and spirit of Onam.

The cultural programme included graceful dances representing the rich traditions and culture of Kerala, along with a lively presentation of Vallam Kali. A beautiful Pookalam, prepared with great creativity and teamwork by the teachers, added colour and charm to the celebration.

The entire programme was a wonderful presentation of Kerala’s rich culture, traditions, unity, and the true spirit of Onam. It was a joyful and memorable celebration for everyone present at St. Joseph Convent School.

St. Joseph’s Convent School celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great patriotic spirit and enthusiasm. The programme began with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Dr. Meenu Dua, Principal of K. L. Mehta Dayanand College for Women, Faridabad.
The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by flag hoisting and the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and patriotism. The March Past, presented as a spirited competition among the four Houses, showcased the discipline, coordination and confidence of the students. Rose House secured the 1st Prize, Shamrock House the 2nd Prize, and Sunflower House the 3rd Prize.

The spiritual essence of the celebration was beautifully reflected through readings from the Bhagavad Gita by Anant Divy Varma (X-B), Quran by Aina Khan (X-C), and Bible by Shaun Thomas (X-D), followed by a graceful Prayer Dance.
The students then presented an inspiring English speech by Shobita (X-A) and a patriotic group song. The cultural programme continued with a vibrant folk dance by Std. 3, followed by a powerful and thought-provoking Nukkad Natak. Grisha Saini (V-C) delivered a meaningful speech in Hindi, adding to the patriotic fervour.
The celebration concluded on a high note with a spectacular Finale Patriotic Dance by the Primary students, followed by the Vote of Thanks.
The programme was a memorable celebration of freedom, unity, diversity and patriotism, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of pride in our nation.
The programme was organised by Shamrock House in collaboration with the Cultural Club. Special thanks are extended to all the teachers involved, whose dedication, coordination and support contributed immensely to making the celebration a grand success.

24 जुलाई 2026 को कक्षा पाँच के विद्यार्थियों ने "ऐतिहासिक स्मारक पर भूमिका निर्वाह प्रतियोगिता" में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। विद्यार्थियों ने विभिन्न भारतीय ऐतिहासिक स्मारकों का प्रभावशाली अभिनय प्रस्तुत कर अपने ज्ञान, आत्मविश्वास और मंच-प्रस्तुति कौशल का उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया। विजेताओं को प्रमाण-पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया तथा सभी प्रतिभागियों की रचनात्मकता और प्रयासों की सराहना की गई। यह प्रतियोगिता सीख, संस्कृति और आत्मविश्वास का प्रेरणादायी संगम रही।

दिनाांक व दिन: 10 जुलाई, 2026 (शुक्रवार)
इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में हिन्दी भाषा, स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के प्रति आदरसम्मान, मंच-प्रस्तुति कौशल का विकास करना था। प्रतियोगिता के दिन सभी प्रतिभागी निर्धारित वेशभूषा और अभिनय की विषयवस्तु के अनुरूप उत्कृष्ट प्रस्तुतियाँ दीं। प्रतियोगिता का मूल्यांकन विद्यालय की अध्यापिका श्रीमती सलोनी सिंह विद्यालय के ही दो सम्मानित अभिभावक (श्रीमती रेखा व डॉ०शिप्रा सहरावत) निर्णायकों द्वारा किया गया। यह प्रतियोगिता अपने सभी उद्देश्यों की प्राप्ति में पूर्णतः सफल रही।

17 जुलाई, 2026 को विद्यालय में कक्षा 4 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए दोहा गायन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। विद्यार्थियों ने पूरे उत्साह, आत्मविश्वास एवं भावपूर्ण शैली में दोहों की सुंदर प्रस्तुति दी।
🏆 उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को सम्मानित किया गया। यह प्रतियोगिता विद्यार्थियों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, आत्मविश्वास एवं मंच-प्रस्तुति कौशल विकसित करने का एक सफल प्रयास रही।
