Nursery students participated in an exciting and interactive “Letter Hunting” activity focused on recognising and matching capital letters with their corresponding small letters from A to M. The little learners enthusiastically searched for the letters, identified their pairs, and matched the uppercase letters with their lowercase forms, turning alphabet learning into a fun-filled experience.

The activity helped strengthen letter recognition and visual discrimination while developing concentration and observation skills. It also enhanced fine motor skills as the children circled and matched the correct letters. Through this playful and engaging approach, the young learners gained confidence in identifying uppercase and lowercase letters and enjoyed learning the alphabet in a meaningful way.

The Toddlers enjoyed a delightful and enriching visit to FirstCry, where they explored a child-friendly environment filled with colourful toys, books, clothing, and baby-care essentials. The visit offered them an opportunity to observe, explore, and interact with their surroundings beyond the classroom.

Through this engaging experience, the little learners developed their observation skills, enhanced their vocabulary, and learnt about different products and their uses in an age-appropriate manner. The outing also encouraged curiosity, social interaction, and confidence while making learning fun and experiential for our youngest learners.

# Grains of Patriotism – My Tricolour Flag

The Kindergarten children participated in a creative and patriotic Artist at Work Activity titled “Grains of Patriotism – My Tricolour Flag.” The activity beautifully combined creativity, experiential learning, and patriotic awareness by encouraging children to create the Indian National Flag using simple materials brought from home.

The children brought white, green, and orange pulses and, with the guidance of their teacher, carefully arranged and pasted them on a drawing sheet in three horizontal sections to represent the colours of the Tricolour. They added the Ashoka Chakra to complete their artwork, creating beautiful and meaningful representations of the Indian National Flag.

The activity helped children develop fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination, concentration, and patience through picking, arranging, and pasting the pulses. It also encouraged creativity and artistic expression while helping them recognize the colours and structure of the National Flag. Most importantly, the activity fostered feelings of patriotism, pride, and respect for the nation, while strengthening the bond between home and school through meaningful participation.

The young artists participated with great enthusiasm and proudly showcased their tricolour creations, making the activity a joyful, engaging, and memorable learning experience.

My Family Activity – Pre-Nursery

The little learners of Pre-Nursery participated in a delightful “My Family” activity that helped them celebrate the special bond they share with their families. The children picked colourful cut-outs, pasted their family photographs, and creatively decorated them to make beautiful photo frames. Through this engaging hands-on activity, they developed an understanding of family relationships while strengthening their fine motor, cognitive, and creative skills. The activity also encouraged self-expression, teamwork, and emotional development, making learning a joyful and meaningful experience.

🌸🙏 Temple Visit – A Spiritual Learning Experience 🙏🌸

Our little toddlers embarked on a beautiful Temple Visit, dressed in colourful ethnic attire and filled with excitement and curiosity. 🌼✨

The little ones offered flowers, folded their hands in prayer, listened to melodious bhajans, and learned the importance of maintaining peace, cleanliness, and respectful behaviour in a temple. They also received prasad and blessings, making the experience even more special. 🪔🌺

The visit provided our young learners with a meaningful opportunity to connect with their culture and traditions while nurturing values of gratitude, respect, kindness, and inner peace.

It was truly heartwarming to witness their innocent smiles, curious eyes, and joyful participation throughout the visit. ❤️🙏

🌿 Haryali Teej Celebration – Pre-Nursery-B

The little learners of Pre-Nursery-B celebrated the vibrant festival of Haryali Teej with great enthusiasm and joy. A special assembly was organised where the educator introduced the children to the significance of Teej and explained why the festival is celebrated. The children also enjoyed listening to an engaging story about Lord Shiva and learned about the beautiful traditions associated with the festival.

As part of the celebration, the children participated in a creative Teej craft activity using fresh leaves, glue, and colourful paper cut-outs. This hands-on experience helped enhance their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity, and concentration.

The celebration provided a joyful opportunity for children to learn about India’s rich cultural heritage, the beauty of the monsoon season, and the importance of family, traditions, and togetherness. 🌿🌧️🎨✨

🐾 Find the Animal in Sand – Toddler

Our little learners had a wonderful time exploring the exciting sensory activity, “Find the Animal in Sand!” Guided by their educator, the toddlers eagerly explored a sand tray where small animal toys were hidden. Using their little hands and spoons, they carefully dug through the sand to discover the hidden animals.

The activity helped children learn and identify different animal names while strengthening their hand muscles, fine motor skills, concentration, and hand-eye coordination. The joyful sensory experience also encouraged curiosity, exploration, and learning through play. Their excitement and happy faces while discovering each hidden animal made the activity truly memorable! 🐘🦁🐒🏖️✨

🦎 Letter ‘I’ Craft Activity – Pre-Nursery-A

Our little learners of Pre-Nursery-A participated enthusiastically in a fun-filled Letter ‘I’ Craft Activity. The children were introduced to the letter ‘I’ and its sound through a creative craft based on an Iguana. They happily picked colourful cut-outs, pasted them on their sheets, and created their own adorable iguana crafts.

The activity helped children strengthen their letter recognition and phonics skills while expanding their vocabulary through animal-related learning. The hands-on process of picking, pasting, and gluing also enhanced their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and creativity. Most importantly, the joyful activity made early literacy learning engaging, interactive, and memorable for our little ones. 🌈🦎✨
