സിപാസ് കേന്ദ്രീകൃത ഓൺലൈൻ ക്ലാസ്സിലേക്ക്
കോവിഡ് മഹാമാരിയെ നേരിടാൻ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖല ഓൺലൈൻ ക്ലാസുകളിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുമ്പോൾ സിപാസ് ഒരു പടികൂടി കടന്ന് എല്ലാ കോളേജുകളും കേന്ദ്രീകൃത ഓൺലൈൻ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രീതി അവലംബിച്ചിരിയ്ക്കുകയാണ്. സിപാസ് നു കീഴിലുള്ള എല്ലാ സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങളും ഓപ്പൺ സോഴ്സ് ലേർണിംഗ് മാനേജ്‌മന്റ് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ ആയ മൂഡിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതി യാഥാർഥ്യമാക്കിയത്. ഈ സ്‌ഥാപനത്തിനു കീഴിലുള്ള 6000 ത്തിൽ അധികം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും 600 ഇൽ അധികം അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്കും ആണ് ഇതിന്റെ പ്രയോജനം ലഭിയ്ക്കുന്നത്. ഡയറക്ടറിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ഓരോ കോളേജ് ലെയും പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽമാർക്കാണ് ഇതിന്റെ മേൽനോട്ടം. ലൈവ് ക്‌ളാസ്സുകൾ എടുക്കാൻ ഗൂഗിൾ മീറ്റ്, സൂം, വെബ്എക്സ് , ടീമ്സ്, ബിഗ് ബ്ലൂ ബട്ടൺ, ജിറ്സി മുതലായ വിവിധ വീഡിയോ കോൺഫെറെൻസിങ്ങ് ടൂളുകൾ ഇതിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. വിവിധ തരാം പരീക്ഷകൾ, അസൈൻമെന്റ് എന്നിവയ്ക്കുള്ള സൗകര്യവും, ക്യുസ്റ്റൈൻ ബാങ്ക് സൗകര്യവും ഇതിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ ഹാജർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനാൽ ഇന്റെര്ണല് മാർക്ക്, റിപ്പോർട്ട് എന്നിവ തനിയെ നൽകുവാൻ ഈ സിസ്റ്റം മൂലം സാധിയ്ക്കുന്നു. റെഫറൻസിനായി വിഡിയോകളോ പിഡിഎഫ് ഡോക്യൂമെന്റുകളോ നൽകുവാനും സാധിയ്ക്കും. ഓഫ്‌ലൈൻ ആയി ക്ലാസുകൾ എടുക്കുവാനായി അനവധി സൗകര്യങ്ങളും ഇതിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഇതെല്ലം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെയും അധ്യാപകരുടെയും സൗകര്യാനുസരണം ഉപയോഗിക്കാമെന്നതിനാൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ പഠനനിലവാരം ഉയർത്തുവാനും, അത് നിരീക്ഷിച്ച് എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിലും ലഭ്യമാകുന്നു എന്നുറപ്പാക്കാനും സാധിയ്ക്കും.
