Five-Day School Sports Fest started today in St. Xavier's International School, Bharthana Road, Etawah. The Chief-Guest Sadar MLA Smt. Sarita Bhadauria inaugurated this five-day event by lighting the lamp. In her address, she praised the management of the school and said that the day is not far when the school will reach great heights with the speed at which it is progressing. She encouraged the children of the school and wished them a bright future. The manager and principal of the school honored her by presenting her with a memento. The children of the school first invoked Maa Saraswati and won everyone's heart by giving a captivating performance on the welcome song. In the coming four days, the four houses of the school, Zion Zephyr, Christ Castle, Mercy Mansion and Eden House and other invited schools will showcase their abilities in various sports like Cricket, kho-Kho, Athletics, Fun- Activities etc. The Chairman of the school Nrapendra Shukla started the inaugural match by conducting the toss between St. Xavier's and Children's Academy which was won by St. Xavier's by a margin of 15-10. In his address, he said such activities should continue along with studies in school and congratulated the principal and teachers for their efficient leadership of the event. School Principal Vivek Shrivastava honored the special guests by giving them mementos and encouraged all the players. On this occasion, Rajni, Amit, Namrata, Gaurav, Isha, Amit, Eivsha, Jyoti, Anuradha, etc. were actively present.

"The Future Depends On What We Do In The Present"
Remembering this line, a workshop on OMR Sheet was organized for the students of class 6th, 7th and 8th of St. Xavier's International School, Bharthana Road, Etawah, in which they were taught the importance and functioning of OMR Sheet in the upcoming examinations. A small exam was also conducted to make the students familiar with the OMR Sheet.
