மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு வருவாய் மற்றும் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மைத் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. கே. ஏ. செங்கோட்டையன் அவர்கள் தலைமை விருந்தினராக நிகழ்ச்சியை அலங்கரிக்க, கல்வி, வேளாண்மை மற்றும் சமூக முன்னேற்றத்தில் சிறப்பாகப் பங்களித்த ஆளுமைகளுக்கு மூன்று சிறப்பு விருதுகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
Arangam is a Tamil word that denotes a space where people come together to exchange ideas, learn, perform and engage in meaningful conversations.
Named after Arutchelvar Dr. N. Mahalingam, whose vision shaped education, agriculture and community development, Arutchelvar Arangam will be inaugurated at the Kumaraguru Institute of Agriculture by Honourable Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. K. A. Sengottaiyan, who will grace the occasion as Chief Guest.
Designed as a multidisciplinary knowledge-sharing centre, the Arangam brings together academia, research, industry and the farming community under one roof. The occasion will also include the presentation of three distinguished awards recognising outstanding contributions to education, agriculture and society.
