Interact Club Installation Ceremony at Aldrin Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kandanvilai

The Interact Club Installation Ceremony was held with great enthusiasm at Aldrin Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kandanvilai, marking the installation of the new office bearers for the academic year.

The programme commenced with the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, sung by the students, invoking blessings for the occasion. This was followed by a warm Welcome Address delivered on behalf of the school, extending a cordial welcome to the dignitaries, Rotarians, teachers, parents, and students.

A significant highlight of the ceremony was the Collar Exchange and Secretary Charter Exchange, symbolizing the formal transfer of responsibilities to the newly elected office bearers. Rtn. Felinda Rajamonickam administered the Oath of Office to the new Interact Club members and delivered the Presidential Address, motivating the students to uphold the ideals of leadership, service, fellowship, and social responsibility.

The school management was honoured during the function as the School Chairman was felicitated with shawls by the Rotary representatives in recognition of his continuous support towards student development and community service.

The programme also featured the distribution of prizes to students who had excelled in various competitions, appreciating their talents and achievements.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks proposed by Rtn. Indumathi, Secretary, who expressed gratitude to the chief guests, school management, teachers, students, and everyone who contributed to the success of the event.

The Installation Ceremony inspired the students to embrace the spirit of "Service Above Self" and to actively participate in activities that benefit both the school and society.

Elocution Competition on the Occasion of Perunthalaivar K. Kamaraj's Birthday

An Elocution Competition was conducted at Aldrin Matric Hr. Sec. School, Kandanvilai, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Perunthalaivar K. Kamaraj, one of India's greatest leaders and an ardent champion of education.

Students from various classes participated enthusiastically, delivering inspiring speeches on topics related to the life, leadership, educational reforms, simplicity, patriotism, and social contributions of K. Kamaraj. The competition provided students with an opportunity to enhance their public speaking skills while learning about the remarkable legacy of the great leader.

Mrs. Jesila , AI and Robotic Trainer, Hiltech , St. Xaviers Engineering College and Mrs . Sindhu, BT Asst., of AMHSS were the Judges. The participants impressed the judges with their confidence, eloquence, and knowledge. Winners were selected based on content, presentation, pronunciation, and overall performance and were honoured with prizes and certificates.

The event successfully instilled the values of leadership, dedication, and service among the students while paying tribute to the invaluable contributions of Perunthalaivar K. Kamaraj.

Students Shine in Kamarajar Birthday Quiz Competition

Students of Aldrin Matric Hr. Sec. School, Kandanvilai, participated in the Quiz Competition organized by the Tamil Nadu Ariviyal Sangam in association with Muslim Arts College, Thiruvithancode, to commemorate the birth anniversary of the visionary leader Perunthalaivar K. Kamaraj.

The competition aimed to enhance students' knowledge about the life, achievements, and contributions of K. Kamaraj while promoting scientific awareness and general knowledge. Our students participated with great enthusiasm and confidence, showcasing their academic excellence.
