This course is a successor to our earlier offline biostats course that was hugely successful in 2018-2019. Due to the pandemic, we could not offer the course in 2020-2021. Now we are taking it online. The previous four editions had received very positive reviews. The ratings and comments can be seen on this website:

This course is entirely from a user's perspective. It does not go into the mathematical details, but focuses on an intuitive understanding of the statistical concepts, data interpretation and design of experiments. Although reasonably generic, this course should be particularly useful for molecular biologists and pharma-related industry professionals.

Thanks to all the participants for making this school a great success. We estimate that the total content covered is equivalent to 1.5-2.0 3-credit semester-long courses. Not only did you guys enjoy the course, but also made us enjoy the teaching by constantly asking pertinent questions.
