Program for Courses Banwarilal Bhalotia College

The Equal Opportunity Cell of Banwarilal Bhalotia College, organized an induction program today (25-03-2026) for introducing the students to the upcoming batches of job-oriented courses under the Uttkarsha Bangla initiative. The program aimed to create awareness among students about skill-based training opportunities and career prospects in fields such as Data Entry, Office Executive, and Accounting & Finance.

The session began with a welcome address by the honorable Principal Sir, Prof. Dr. Amitava Basu, who emphasized the importance of practical skills in today’s competitive job market. Students were given a detailed overview of each course, including curriculum structure, duration, and the hands-on training approach that will be followed throughout the program.

Special focus was placed on how these courses are designed to enhance employability by equipping students with industry-relevant skills. The trainers highlighted the growing demand for professionals in administrative, financial, and digital operations roles, encouraging students to take full advantage of this opportunity.

An important highlight of the program was the announcement that new batches will commence shortly, and interested candidates were guided through the enrollment process. Students were also informed about the benefits associated with the program, including a stipend provided at the end of the course and placement assistance, with opportunities to secure jobs upon successful completion.

The induction concluded with an interactive session where students clarified their queries and shared their aspirations. The program successfully motivated participants to enroll and take a step toward building a stable and rewarding careers.
