Nicolaus Copernicus (1473–1543) was a Polish astronomer and mathematician best known for formulating the heliocentric model of the universe, which placed the Sun at the center instead of the Earth. This was a groundbreaking shift from the geocentric model (which had the Earth at the center), dominant since ancient times.

Today marks the 7th death anniversary of our esteemed founder President Mr Dulal Mitra. As in previous years all of us gathered today to honour his memories and celebrate his enduring legacy.

Remembering him is not just about recalling his physical presence. It is cherishing his deeds, dedication and unwavering sense of responsibility. It is about committing ourselves to carry forward the remarkable work of establishing four educational institutes along with his friends.
Let's now pay floral tributes to his portrait and pledge to uphold and fulfill his vision.
