Our little champs of LKG took the stage by storm with their vibrant and delightful *Special Assembly* on the theme “Phonics World.” 🎶🔤✨
With their sweet voices, confident expressions, energetic performances, and adorable enthusiasm, our little learners beautifully showcased the magical world of letters, sounds, and words. From the Phonics Show to the Letters Ramp Walk, every performance reflected their hard work, creativity and growing confidence.
The stage came alive with their innocence, enthusiasm and an overload of cuteness! ❤️ Their wonderful performances not only entertained everyone but also made learning phonics a joyful and memorable experience.
Our little stars of LKG, truly rocked the stage and made us all proud!👏🌟

A *Recitation Competition* was organized as a part of the *Co-Curricular Activities* (CCA) for the students of *Grade IV on 14.08.2026* in the School Library. The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation. After a proper screening, 16 students were selected for the competition who beautifully showcased their talent, confidence, voice modulation, pronunciation, and expressive skills.
Each participant presented a poem with great enthusiasm and confidence. The students made sincere efforts to bring out the emotions and meaning of their selected poems through appropriate expressions and voice modulation.

The competition provided the students with a wonderful platform to develop their public speaking skills, confidence, pronunciation, memory, and appreciation for poetry. The performances were appreciated by the teachers and fellow students.
The event concluded on a positive note, with all the participants being appreciated for their enthusiastic involvement and commendable performances.

Every Drop Counts — Be a Lifesaver Today! 🩸❤️

DAV Model School, Durgapur, successfully organised a Blood Donation Camp as a meaningful initiative under Vedic Prachar Saptah, organised under the banner of Arya Samaj, DAV Model School, Durgapur, with the support of our respected Principal Ma’am, teachers and dedicated Arya Yuva Samaj.

The camp brought together generous donors with one noble purpose — to help save lives and serve humanity. The initiative was made successful through the valuable support of the doctors, nurses and medical team, who ensured that the entire process was conducted safely, smoothly and systematically.

Careful arrangements were made for registration, medical screening, blood donation and post-donation care. Refreshments were also arranged for the donors, and each donor received a certificate of appreciation as a small token of gratitude for their selfless contribution.

The collective efforts of our Principal Ma’am, teachers, Arya Yuva Samaj members, doctors, nurses and donors turned the camp into a meaningful and successful initiative, reflecting the values of seva, compassion, humanity and social responsibility.

A heartfelt thank you to every donor who came forward and contributed to this noble cause. Your selfless act is a beautiful reminder that one small contribution can become someone’s hope for life. ❤️🩸

With a feeling of gratitude and a sense of freedom, the children of class 2 participated in vibrant Pre Independence Day celebration activities, combining creative expression with lessons on national pride, unity, and the significance of India's freedom struggle.
These activities helped children learn about India's history while building important social and motor skills. These tasks connected creative play with values like teamwork, national pride, and responsibility.

"Be the cause of unity and make your country proud every single day."

The *LKG* kids decorated kites using sponge printing and gave them a beautiful tricolour look with the Ashoka Chakra. The *UKG* students used leaf printing to create and complete the National Flag in the colours of the tricolour.

Through this creative activity, the little ones celebrated their love for the nation and learnt the importance of patriotism in a fun and meaningful way. 🇮🇳
