Successfully conducted a two-day comprehensive Safety Training Program at NPTI, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh.
The training was conducted at NPTI on invitation, and was delivered by the trainer team of Durgapur Institute for Fire Safety and Management.

The program was conducted for Junior Engineers, Assistant Engineers (Civil), and Substation Attendants of MPPTCL and MPPGCL.

The sessions covered key areas including Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, and overall Safety Management.

On 12th March, an Emergency Evacuation Drill was successfully conducted at the HPCL Corporate Office, East Zone, Kolkata, as part of the National Safety Week/ Month 2026 observance.

The drill emphasized the standard evacuation protocol following siren activation, safe use of staircases during evacuation, and orderly movement to the designated Assembly Point.

The session was conducted through practical demonstration and guided participation to strengthen emergency response awareness among employees.

With the active support and cooperation of the employees and management, the drill was completed smoothly and effectively, reinforcing the importance of workplace emergency preparedness

On the occasion of National Safety Week/Month, a One-Day Emergency Evacuation, Rescue, Fire Fighting & CPR Drill was successfully conducted at Vishakha Polyfab Pvt. Ltd.

The program focused on hands-on practical training and live demonstrations to enhance emergency preparedness. Participants were trained through practical sessions on:

Emergency Evacuation Procedure
Basic Rescue Techniques
Practical Use of Fire Extinguishers
CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation)

Emergency Rescue & Evacuation Drill | National Safety Week 2026 (09.03.2026)

As part of the observance of National Safety Week 2026, a live Emergency Rescue & Evacuation Drill was successfully conducted at an industrial plant by The Team of Durgapur Institute for Fire Safety & Management.

Immediately after the emergency siren, the Emergency Response Team responded promptly, rushed to the incident location, and safely rescued the mock casualty using a stretcher. The exercise demonstrated the practical readiness, coordination, and confidence of employees under the On-Site Emergency Plan.

Rescue operation is one of the most critical responsibilities of the Emergency Response Team. Such hands-on drills ensure that employees are not only aware of safety procedures but are also capable of responding effectively during real emergency situations.

Safety should never remain limited to paperwork or compliance alone. Documents may satisfy regulatory requirements, but real preparedness through practical training is what ultimately saves lives.
