Dr. Pralay Ganguly

An extremely experienced and qualified faculty, having Ph.D. in Tourism and Hospitality with 24 years of experience (Academics- 18 years and Industry- 6 years), worked with organizations like- TCI, Majorda, Fariyas, Kohinoor-IMI etc. Have published 25 research papers in various journals and edited books on Sustainability, HRM, Interior Decoration, Teaching-learning, Tourism and more. Authored 3 books on Housekeeping and Customer relationship management. Developed MOOCs for Swayam. Published and granted 03 patents on HRM methods and systems, green practices etc. Winner of best paper award (NIT-Durgapur). Involved as editorial board member and review committee member of various journals of repute including SAGE. He is also guiding Ph.D scholars.
