Dombivli is a socio-cultural-charitable organization of the suburban area of Mumbai. It represents the collective aspirations and values of the Malayalee community as a whole. Since its inception in the year 1949, the Keraleeya Samajam has been deeply committed to promotion of Charitable, educational, cultural activities. It has grown up to the level of over 4800 members and their families residin
g in Dombivli. The main objective of establishing the Samajam was to build a common platform for the Malayalees irrespective of their alliance to religion or their economic or social status and look after the interest of the members as also to interact socially and culturally with the local population. Keraleeya Samajam entered in to the educational activities in 1966 by starting KG classes.The initiative was taken by the founding father of the samajam have helped us to integrate ourselves with the rest of the society and thus forge ahead with our educational activities. Now, the samajam is running classes from KG to PG and has created a niche in the educational arena of the District. The second step of Keraleeya Samajam was starting up College education. Model College started in 1989 focused mainly on conventional B.com course for more than a decade. Today Model College offers professional and self-financing courses. Our educational institutions are the most preferred choice of the parent community because of the quality education.
