🌟 Empowering Education: A Milestone Interaction Program in Bokajan! 🌟
​Today marked a significant milestone for the future of education in our region as the Block Primary Teacher's Committee Bokajan Block, in collaboration with the Karbi Anglong Primary Teacher's Association (KAPTA), successfully hosted a grand Interaction Program at the Bokajan Mini Sports Complex. We are profoundly grateful to our esteemed Chief Guest, Hon’ble MLA of 108 Bokajan ST LAC/Executive Member Inc Health and Family Welfare Sjt. Surjya Rongphar ji, alongside Executive Member Sjt. Madhurjya Dhekial Phukan ji , MAC Sjt. Shravan Telenga ji, Board Chairman of F&CS Sjt. Philip Teron ji, Town Committee Chairman Sir. Sardili Bey, Board Chairman Education Sir. Roson Teron, KAPTA General Secretary and President, ADPEO Sir. Longki Rongpi , BPEO Rita Ingtipi Maam and other respected dignitaries, and dedicated teachers who graced the occasion. Your collective presence not only honored our teaching fraternity but also reinforced a shared vision for elevating primary education in Bokajan Block.
​The forum provided a vital platform for dialogue, highlighted by KAPTA General Secretary Sir. Song Bey, who constructively raised critical ground-level challenges including single-teacher schools, non-academic burdens like BLO and data entry duties, and interior infrastructure and connectivity issues in his speech and had submitted a formal memorandum regarding this issues. In a deeply encouraging response, Hon’ble MLA Sjt. Surjya Rongphar ji won the hearts of everyone present by assuring his unwavering commitment to transforming Bokajan’s educational landscape. He pledged to address these grievances systematically, promising dedicated resources from the Constituency Development Fund alongside generous financial support from his personal end.
​This highly successful event concluded around 1:15 PM with the resounding harmony of our National Anthem. ​Today, June 28, 2026, the Karbi Anglong Primary Teacher's Association (KAPTA) was immensely proud as our Honorable General Secretary, Sir Song Bey, attended a grand felicitation program organized by the Karbi Students Association (KSA) Dillai Head Branch. Held at the prestigious residence of the Village Headman of Rongjangphong in Dillai, the event brought the community together to celebrate the stellar achievements of the successful HSLC, HS, and other examination candidates from the Dillai area. Alongside KSA leaders, Sir Song Bey personally honored the brilliant achievers, acknowledging their grit, academic excellence, and the immense pride they have brought to Karbi Anglong. 🎉✨
​Gracing the momentous occasion as the Key Speaker, Sir Song Bey delivered a powerful and deeply moving motivational speech that left the students inspired and energized. Today, the 18th of May, 2026 Hon'ble General Secretary had attended the Felicitation program for the successful candidates of HSLC, HS and Graduation held at Kongjuk Athoi Higher Secondary School, Samilangso Block under Langpher Constituency organized by The Youth Of Kongjuk Athoi and Tantili Thepi. He had extended his heartiest congratulations to all the successful candidates for their patience and perseverance during the whole process and had encourage them to work even more harder for the better prospect in future.
