The PG and Research Department of Computer Science organized two days International Virtual Conference on Intelligent Computing in Humanity, Agriculture, Science and Technology (ICHASH) 2022 on 26th & 27th May 2022. This conference acted as a forum for the academic as well as an industrial community to address the opportunities & challenges and to discuss the scope for future research. The first day of the conference started with Welcoming and Opening Ceremony through G-Meet. The Conference Convener and Head of Computer Science, Dr.S.Krishnaveni, welcomed the gathering. The presidential address was delivered by the Principal, Dr.D.Lakshmi and the Conference themes were highlighted by the Organizing Secretary, ICHASH22, Dr.A.Subramani. The main aim of this International Conference is to contribute to academic arena, business world, and industrial community and in turn to the society.
Dr.S.Rajathi, Assistant Professor, coordinator ICHASH-2022 introduced the eminent Chief Guest of honor, Prof. Dr. DP Sharma , Distinguished Computer Scientist ,Digital Diplomat ,IT Consultant ILO(UN) ,National Ambassador SBM, Nominated by PM of India was the keynote speaker of the inaugural session. He has given an insight of the intelligent computing applied in different domain. Dr.D.Lakshmi, Principal released the conference E-Proceedings and CDs of ICHASH-2022. Prof. Dr. M. Prathap, Professor, Department of Information Technology, Mettu University, Mettu Oromia Region, Ethiopia delivered the felicitation address. First Session handled by Prof. Dr. DP Sharma and he has delivered a technical talk on Technology Disruption after COVID Era and Future Roadmap to the research community. Second Session handled by Prof. Dr. M. Prathap, Professor, Department of Information Technology, Mettu University, Mettu Oromia Region, Ethiopia. He delivered a excellent session on “The Future of Block chain Technology and Opportunity. The Afternoon Session was handled by Dr. Kalpana Raja , Scientist III, Health Care Analytics ,Stamford, Connecticut, United States (USA).She gave a keynote lecture on Role of Text Mining and Machine Learning in Advancing Healthcare .
In the second day of conference, First session handled by Prof. Dr. Habib Sano Aliy ,Academic Affair Director at Sawla Campus Arba Minch University, Ethiopia ,Lecturer and Researcher at Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department . He has given a keynote speech on Supply Chain Management. The second session was handled by Dr. M. Nachamai ,Data Scientist ,Siemens Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ,Bengaluru - Digital Image Processing. In her Presentation, she demonstrate the working environment to implement the health care analytics. Final Session was handled by Dr.SP. Shantharajah, Professor and Head, Department of Software and System Engineering, VIT University, Vellore. He has delivered the session on “Intelligent & Innovative Systems: Post COVID-19 scenario”.
The selected papers were presented during the conference by the students & faculties from various institutions in the fields of Machine Learning, Data Mining, artificial neural networks, evolutionary computation, genetic algorithms, artificial immune systems, fuzzy logic, swarm intelligence, artificial life, virtual worlds, and hybrid methodologies etc. The technical sessions were conducted through 4 different tracks each chaired headed by eminent resource persons. Best Paper Awards were given to the participants. Hundreds of attendees, paper presenters, keynote and tutorial participants, students have benefited in many ways from this conference.
In the valedictory session, Organizing Secretary, ICHASH-2022, Dr.A.Subramani gave a report on the conference, in that total of 50 papers were received for conference, out of which after careful verification and peer reviewing 45 papers were accepted for publication in conference proceedings. ICHASH-2022 visualize the convergence of students, research scholar, and faculties from institutions and universities in which sharing of knowledge, exchange of ideas, new research findings were discussed and debated. Finally, Ms.P.MuthamilSelvi, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science delivered the vote of thanks. Ultimately with the support and cooperation of the entire conference team that leads to a grand success.
