Department of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING Visited Pasumai 90.4 FM station on 26/07/2024.Students got a very good exposure about the complete working process of the FM Station.
Hod along with the 3 staff members were joined with the students and explain about the process.

S.B.M Polytechnic college,Dindigul.
The students of the Dept of Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering have visited Aruna Alloy steels Ltd , Melur,Madurai, on 18.07.2024.The students participated actively and this opportunity gave them a practical exposure in Industrial sector. Around 180 students participated and benefited. Mr. Malleswaran ,Mr. Saravanan and the staff members from Mechanical and Automobile accompanied the students.

The Fresher's Day was held today at 03 July 2024 in our college premises . Our most honourable Chairman, Er.J.Dinesh@Jayasimha B.E.,M.E.,(Ph.D)., as a chief guest initiated the event with lighting of lamp and blessed all the students for thier future with his motivational speech about the college environment.
Our respectable principal of SBMCET Dr.G.Vijay Chakaravarthy B.E.,M.E.,PH,D., joined as the guest of honour and motivated the students with his inspirational speech.
