Congratulations to our alumna, Soror Muinao, for getting selected as a member of the Youth Climate Impact Community (YCIC), a youth led initiative under the National Youth Climate Consortium (NYCC).

YCIC is a youth-led initiative designed as a collaborative space for young leaders across India. It serves as a platform for discussing ideas, sharing best practices, co-creating solutions, and amplifying climate action at the grassroots level. Its main objective is to unify youth climate advocacy efforts in India, fostering a stronger network and collective impact.

As NPC’s official communication training partner, STEP Academy facilitated an engaging session on Movement in Speech, helping students understand the power of purposeful movement during public speaking. Rather than remaining rooted to one spot, students learned how intentional movement can project confidence, command attention, and create a stronger connection with their audience.

Every step, gesture, and position on stage tells a story. When used effectively, movement transforms a speech from a presentation into an engaging experience.

Another milestone for STEP Academy!

We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Norman Putsure College through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a year-long Communication Skills & Professional Etiquette Training Program.

Through this partnership, STEP Academy will work closely with the students of Norman Putsure College to develop essential life and career skills such as communication, public speaking, confidence, leadership, professional etiquette, interview preparation, and employability skills.

At STEP Academy, we believe that academic excellence alone is no longer enough. Students must also be equipped with the confidence, communication abilities, and professional skills needed to thrive in higher education, the workplace, entrepreneurship, and leadership roles.

We are grateful to the management of Norman Putsure College for their trust and look forward to contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of their students.
