Celebrating World Environment Day 2024

Date: June 5, 2024

Venue: Khaskhamar ME School

Objective: To raise awareness about environmental conservation and promote sustainable practices among students and staff.

Theme: “Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience”

Slogan: “Our land. Our future. We are ”

Activities:

Tree Plantation Drive: Students participated in a tree plantation activity in the school premises. Different species of saplings were planted to enhance biodiversity and contribute to green cover.

Poster Making Competition: A poster making competition was organized where students showcased their creativity while highlighting environmental issues and solutions. The best posters were displayed around the school campus to inspire others.

Clean-up Campaign: Students and teachers joined hands for a clean-up campaign within the school premises and surrounding areas. This activity aimed to instil a sense of responsibility towards keeping the environment clean and litter-free.
Environmental Quiz: An engaging quiz was conducted to test the students’ knowledge about environmental issues, sustainability practices, and eco-friendly technologies. Prizes were awarded to the winners to encourage participation.

Conclusion:

The Environment Day 2024 celebration at Khaskhamar ME School was a resounding success, with active participation from students, teachers, and staff. The event not only raised awareness about environmental conservation but also inspired practical actions towards building a greener and more sustainable future. আজি বিশ্ব মেলেৰিয়া দিৱস উপলক্ষে আমাৰ বিদ্যালয়ত শিক্ষক সকলে ছাত্ৰ ছাত্ৰীসকলক মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগৰ কাৰণ আৰু প্ৰতিৰোধ সম্পৰ্কে অৱগত কৰে।
মেলেৰিয়া এটা অতি মাৰাত্মক ৰোগ। মাইকী(এন’ফিলিচ)মহে কামুৰিলে মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগ হোৱা দেখা যায়। এই ৰোগৰ ফলত জাৰ লাগে আৰু কপি কপি জ্বৰ উঠে। মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগত আক্ৰান্ত মানুহ এজনক কামোৰা মহে আন এজন নিৰোগী মানুহক কামুৰিলে মানুহজনৰ মেলেৰিয়া হ’ব পাৰে। এই ৰোগৰ আক্ৰমণে দুই তিনিদিনৰ মূৰে মূৰে ক্ৰিয়া কৰে আৰু ৰোগীজনক ই কেইবা ঘণ্টাৰ কাৰণে যন্ত্ৰণা দিয়া পৰিলক্ষিত হয়।

মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগৰ লক্ষণসমূহঃ
সাধাৰণতে মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগত আক্ৰান্ত ৰোগী এজনক তলত উল্লেখ কৰা লক্ষণসমূহ দেখিবলৈ পোৱা যায়ঃ

মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগীয়ে ঠাণ্ডা অনুভৱ কৰে, মূৰত বিষ অনুভৱ কৰে আৰু কঁপিবলৈ ধৰে। এই কঁপনি এঘণ্টালৈকে থাকিব পাৰে।
ৰোগীজনৰ ঠাণ্ডা লগাৰ পিছত জ্বৰ উঠে। জ্বৰৰ উষ্ণতা ৪০০ তকৈ অধিক হোৱা দেখা যায়। ৰোগীজনে অত্যন্ত দূৰ্বল অনুভৱ কৰে আৰু বিভিন্ন প্ৰলাপ বকিবলৈ ধৰে।
অৱশেষত ৰোগীজন ঘামিবলৈ ধৰে আৰু দেহৰ উষ্ণতা হ্ৰাস পাবলৈ ধৰে। কম-বেছি পৰিমাণে ৰোগীজন স্বাভাৱিক অৱস্থালৈ ঘূৰি আহে যদিও ৰোগীজন দুৰ্বল হৈ পৰে।


মগজুত আক্ৰমণ কৰা মেলেৰিয়া অতি বিপদজনক আৰু জীৱনলৈ ই মৃত্যু কঢ়িয়াই আনিব পাৰে। এই মেলেৰিয়াক আমি ‘চেলেব্ৰেল’ বুলি জানো। সঘনাই হোৱা মেলেৰিয়াৰ কাৰণে বাউঁফালৰ আগমঙহ বাঢ়ি যাব পাৰে আৰু ই ৰক্তহীনতাও হ’ব পাৰে। ই দেহৰ কাৰণে ক্ষতিকাৰক।

মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগৰ প্ৰতি ল’ব লগা সাৱধানতাঃ
ৰাতি শুওঁতে ঔষধযুক্ত আঁঠুৱা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিব লাগে। আনকি দিনৰ ভাগত শোৱাৰ সময়তো আঁঠুৱা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিলে মেলেৰিয়া ৰোগৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা পাব পাৰি।
থকা ঘৰৰ চৌপাশে হাবি-জংঘলবোৰ কাটি পৰিষ্কাৰকৈ ৰাখিব পাৰিলে মহৰ বংশবৃদ্ধি ৰোধ কৰিব পৰা যায়। বন্ধ হৈ থকা পানীত মহে কণী দিয়ে। ওচৰ-পাজৰৰ পুখুৰী, খাল, টিনৰ পিপা আদিত পানী জমা হোৱা ঠাইবোৰ পৰিষ্কাৰকৈ ৰাখিব লাগে। জালাহ আদিৰ সামান্য তেল দিয়াৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিলে অথবা নলাৰে বোৱাই দিয়াৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিলে মহে কণী দিয়াৰ সুবিধা নাপায়।
গাহৰীৰ গঁৰাল থকা ঘৰৰ পৰা কিছু নিলগত ৰাখিব লাগে আৰু পৰিষ্কাৰকৈ ৰাখি আঁঠুৱা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিলে মহৰ বংশবৃদ্ধি বহু পৰিমাণে কমি যায়।
DDT(Dichloro Di-Phynail Tetra Chloro Ethare) থকা ঘৰৰ বাহিৰে ভিতৰে স্প্ৰে কৰোৱাৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিব পাৰিলে মহৰ বংশবৃদ্ধি বহু পৰিমাণে কমি যায়।
গধূলি সময়ত ঘৰৰ ভিতৰত ধূপ-ধুনাৰ ধোঁৱা আৰু যাক দিয়াৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিব লাগে।
কোনোবা এজন ৰোগী মেলেৰিয়া হোৱা সন্দেহ কৰিলে তৎক্ষণাৎ চিকিৎসা গ্ৰহণ কৰাব লাগে যাতে ৰোগীজনক কামোৰা মহে অইনৰ গালৈ ইয়াক সংক্ৰমণ কৰিব নোৱাৰে।
