We at AVMCS strongly believe that cooking is a very important life skill that should be inculcated in kids from an early age. We can start by teaching them how to operate basic utensils like pans, pressure cookers, ovens, etc. It also helps them understand how various things work and develops a sense of curiosity in them.

Many children really enjoy bath time. They love playing with water and seeing what happens when they splash, pour, blow bubbles and so on. The warm water feels good on their skin. And at bath time, you’re always close by and giving children plenty of attention.

This means bath time is a good time to play, encourage learning and build relationships with babies and toddlers.

*5 senses activities* are intriguing to children and in many cases are great for sensory development.
Sensory play gives young toddlers and kids an endless opportunity to develop and learn.

Kids are introduced to the five sense activities in junior school which serves as a precursor to future learning about body parts. Activities related to the five senses help them learn about sight, sound, smell, touch and taste and identify the vegtables, things and body parts that are responsible for these senses.

The dress code for the day was shades of green, symbolic of greenery around us. Children dressed up in green and gave a perfect look to celebrate Earth Day. Related rhymes, songs was presented to inspire the little ones to do their bit.
