How to prepare for objective answers
In the present cinerario most of competitive exams are conducted on the basis of objective type question papers that contain four answers for each question. Every answer seems the answer of that qustion. So in this condition our students get confused.they have as such following problems. Some of them are as follows
1. Each question has a resemblence of the answers.
2.A qustion papers contains 200 questions to solve in 3hours.
3. Some questions demand a lot of time to understand them.
4. Qustion paper has 4 or more parts on various subjects.
5. Some questions related to numerical answers they need calculations but there is no sheet is provided for such work.
6.Course of.paper is not bounded in a pecific syllabus.
7.Such type of questions can not prepared by rotating method of containts.
8.wrong questions get negetive marks that reduces their total score.
In this condition the question is rise for every student that how do i prepare myself for such competitive exams?????

छोटे बच्चों को तुकबंदी बहुत पसंद होती है और इस विधा से बे हर चीज आसानी से सीखते है । फिर इस बात से कोई फर्क नहीं पडता कि शब्द किस भाषा से लिये गये है। बस बच्चों को आनंद आना चाहिए। एक एसी ही तुकबंदी से आइये बच्चों को वर्ष के 12 महीने याद करायें।

If you have thought about the preparations before teaching, then let us go to the classroom and study with the children. Consider the following things in the classroom:-
1. Have you greeted the children in a proper manner and responded to the greetings of the children in a proper manner?
2. Have you made the children comfortable with normal conversation?
3. Have you started your initial conversation with the experiences of the children, events of daily life, and local events?
4. Are you giving a lecture in the classroom?
5. Are you using simple activities while giving content?
6. Is the time taken by you not more than 20%?
7. Have you given 80% of the prescribed time to the children to work?
9. Are the children able to develop understanding while working/responding or not?
10. If the children are not able to understand your activities, then are you changing your activities? 11. Have you used TLM correctly?

11. Are the children able to understand your subject matter?

12. Are you able to continuously evaluate the children?

13. Are your students able to move forward at their own pace?

14. Is your teaching enjoyable? Is it not becoming boring?

15. Is there a smile on your and the children's faces?

16. Have you evaluated your work properly?

17. While leaving the classroom, are the children considering you as their friend?

18. Are you completely satisfied with your teaching today?

19. While leaving the classroom, has the plan for the next day taken birth in your mind?

Have you given the children homework to develop understanding in simple language?

If the answers to all the above questions are positive, then believe me, you have done a very good and satisfactory teaching work today.

If you dare to teach

Before dare to teach, we should know how to be successful in teaching? How to prepare? How to present our subject matter? How to evaluate ourselves after coming back from the classroom?

What preparations should be made before going to the classroom?

1. Think carefully about today's subject matter or content ?

2. Is your knowledge of content up to date?

3. Have you prepared your teaching aids?

4. What will be your teaching method?

5. If your teaching method is not working on the children, then do you have a scope for change in the teaching method?

6. Have you devised a way to test the understanding of the children or not?

7. Have you prepared the classroom working activities?

8. How will you connect the children with the content?

10. Through which activities will you develop the subject matter forward?

11. Where and how much will TL M be used?

12 How and how much will you use the experiences of the children in the development of the subject matter.

If the answers to all these above questions are positive, then you are ready to go to the classroom.

How to improve reading habit in the kids through C. L. T ?
1. Give one pic of the following pictures to your kid/kids.
2. Make them read and understand the text.
3. Support them to read the words properly, if they feel any difficulty in reading.
4. Make them read the text 3 or 4 times with speed and fluently.
5. Ask them the meanings of the key words of the text.
6. If your kids are unable to express the meanings of the key words, don't give them direct meanings but give clues to reach out to the meanings of the key words.
7. When your kids understand the whole text ask some understanding questions from the text.
8. Give them challenges to find out the reasons of the events in the text.
9. Ask them to write their openion about the text.
10. Give them the other pic and ask them to read and understand the text independently.
11. It will be a fun for your kids and they will not feel a boredom or fatigue. You can have more fruitful results in less efforts.

What is teaching ?
Teaching is nothing but only understanding the mental situation of the students and prepare them to understand what you have to tell them. For this purpose you have to keep some points in your mind.
1. What is the mental situation of your students?
2. What environment is over their minds at the moment?
3. Are they ready to listen and understand you?
4. How can you remove pre imapct from their minds?
5. How can you bring their minds on your desired point?
6. How can you prepare mentally them to understand your new text, or content?
7. Can you make them understand you only through lecture?
8. If your lecture is not effective on their permanent learning then what is your next plan to do so ?
9. What activities can help you and your students to understand and learn your content permanently?
10. What should your way to start with your students?
11. How can you make them feel free and their minds burdenless of being taught?
The only answer to above all the questions is talking with them friendly,kindly, and human manners.
That can be possible through CLT communicative language teaching. So be friend to your students, first understand them, their conditions and their experiences, and connect them with your content.

Use of CLT in my teaching.
CLT क्या है?
सी एल टी एक ऐसी विधा है जो बच्चों को पढ़ाते समय उन्हें इस बात का एहसास ही नहीं होने देती कि उन्हें पढ़ाया जा रहा है। वल्कि छात्रों को ऐसा महसूस करते हैं कि बे केवल बातचीत ही कर रहे हैं और बो भी केवल उनके दैनिक अनुभवों के आधार पर। यह सोच बच्चों को थकने नहीं देती और बे लगातार काम करते रहते हैं।
How CLT works ?
CLT की शुरुआत हम दो तरह से कर सकते हैं
१.बातचीत के द्वारा २. किसी खेल गतिविधि के द्वारा
दौरों ही तरीकों में content ऐसा चुने जो छात्रों के अनुभवों पर आधारित हो वह ऐसे हो जिनमे बे आसानी से सहभागिता निभाई सके।
पूंछी गई बातें या खेल उनके दैनिक जीवन से सम्बंधित होने चाहिए।
- आपकी वार्ता या खेल किसी ऐसी विषय बस्तु से संबंधित हो जो आसानी से आपकी पढ़ाने के विषय को जोड़ सके।
जब आपकी गतिविधि समाप्त हो तो छात्रों से संवाद कीजिए और परखिए कि उन्होंने इससे क्या सीखा। इसके लिए उन्हें understanding के प्रश्न पूछे जाने चाहिए। यह क्रिया चिंतन कहलाती है जो किसी भी गतिविधि का प्रमुख एवं आवश्यक भाग है।
चिंतन के बाद बच्चों को उनकी भाषा में अभिव्यक्ति कराई जानी चाहिए और उनके मन में यह बिठाइये कि उन्होंने जो कुछ भी सीखा है उसका उपयोग दैनिक जीवन में कहां व कैसे होता है।
यह क्रिया अनुप्रयोग कहलाती है।
उसके बाद बच्चों से सीखे गये ज्ञान का सारांश निकलवाया जाना चाहिए। सारांश के लिए पूरे क्रियाकलापों पर पुनर्विचार किया जाता है और बच्चों को निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचाया जाता है।
अगर आप ऐसा नहीं कर पाते हो तो वह क्रियाकलाप केवल खेल व मनोरंजन बनकर ही रह जाएंगे।

Teaching sentence building through C L T
Start your conversation with your students by asking them ,what can they do after getting up in the morning up to going to their bed.
Give them some examples e.g.
I can brush my teeth.
I can take milk.
Take bath,
Comb my hair etc.
Now ask them to add I can in the above 3rd and 4th sentences.
Now give them other slides or cards containing only verbs and objects.
Ask them to understand the works on the cards.
Now ask them to add I can +card matter.
Now ask every student to read out the sentences made by them.

Importance of labour.
Two men bought two plots in a colony side by side.one of them was an engineer and other was a teacher.they built beautiful bungalows on there plots.They planted same plants in there gardens.there was a shortage of water in that colony,but the engineer arranged extra water for his plants,but the teacher waterd his plants after eight or ten days. The plants of engineer grew more tall than that of teacher. One evening the engineer watered his plants but the teacher didn't do so.
That evening there was a terrible storm with high speed wins.
Next day when the both neighbours woke ,an strange sight was infront of them. The plants of engineer' s were uprooted on to the ground, but the plants of teacher were standing straight.
When the sad fellow asked the other it's reason , the teacher explained that you didn't let your plants to use deep rooted water .The roots of my plants were deep, coz they have learnt earning water from there labour. Thatswhy my plants are safe with deep roots of labour.
Moral of the story
Make your students understand in place of cramming. Let them earn knowledge through there experiences not by cramming.
The sad one understood that excess care of child may lead him to internal weakness in his primary goals and dicission making in his long life span.
