We are also delighted to share that Soham Biswajit (Class IV) of SAIEC Dkl proudly participated in the Science Quiz Contest organized by Science Centre Dkl, Ministry of Culture (Govt. of India) on the occasion of International Moon Day (20.07.2025) 🏆🌌 and has been awarded for their achievements. 💫👏

Sri Aurobindo & Independence Day 🇮🇳

Sri Aurobindo was one of the earliest leaders to demand Purna Swaraj — complete independence — when others still sought reforms. Through his writings in Bande Mataram and Karmayogin, and his secret revolutionary work, he inspired many to rise against British rule. Arrested in the 1908 Alipore Bomb Case, he had profound spiritual experiences and later dedicated his life to India’s spiritual freedom.

15th August 1947 — India became free, and it was also Sri Aurobindo’s birthday. On that day, he blessed the nation, hoping for unity, peace, and a spiritually awakened India that would guide the world.

Today is a sacred and glorious day. On this very day, we celebrate the birthdays of two great incarnations — Lord Sri Aurobindo and Lord Sri Krishna. 💗

Sri Aurobindo was not only a freedom fighter, but also a seer, yogi, and world teacher. His vision was to uplift humanity into a higher consciousness. Through the concept of the ‘Supramental’ knowledge, he brought a new light to the world. His epic poem Savitri is not just literature — it is a spiritual journey.

On this day, we also celebrate Janmashtami, the birth of Lord Sri Krishna — the embodiment of love, righteousness, and wisdom. In the Gita, he declared — “For the establishment of Dharma, I manifest Myself age after age.” Just as Krishna descended to restore Dharma, Sri Aurobindo too came to elevate humanity’s spiritual evolution.

On this sacred day, we bow to these two divine forces, and we pledge to embrace their ideals, teachings, and vision in our own lives.

On this day, we celebrate not just your birth, but your eternal offering to the Divine.

He joined Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry on 2 February 1945 and became a significant spiritual figure within that community.

Born on 14 August 1908 in Rairpur, Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha

• He worked closely with "The Mother" and Sri Aurobindo, contributing to spiritual outreach- particularly in Odisha, alongside collaborator Sri Prapatti
