2. Photo size should be less than 5MB and it must not have any effects.
3. The pics sent by the contestants will be posted in Mr and Ms Horizon page (fb link: https://www.facebook.com/mr.mshorizon/).
4. The jury shall consider the likes of those persons who likes the pic as well as the Horizon
page.(Link : https://www.facebook.com/igithorizon/)
5. Top 16 participants(8 boys and 8 girls inclusively)getting the maximum likes for their pic on the page will be selected for the 2nd round to be conducted at IGIT Sarang during Horizon 2K18.
6.In the 2nd round the participants face the quiz test,self performance (Dancing , Singing or Solo Act) and PI.
7.Among all the 16 participants 10 (5 boys and 5 girls) will be selected for the final round.
8. Winner of Mr Horizon and Ms Horizon will be decided based on the participants' performance in the 3rd round.
9. Mr Horizon and Ms Horizon have exciting prizes in store for them.
10. Use of Autolikers is not allowed. We have the required setup to identify if anyone is using the Autoliker option. Organizers reserve the rights to disqualify the participants in such cases.
