SYNERGY facilitates faculty and support staffs to work as a team and update their knowledge and skills to match the current Industrial & Technological development. SYNERGY has highly qualified, dedicated and motivated faculties with strong academic background from leading Institutions in India and Overseas and vast teaching & industry experience. SYNERGY has sophisticated and modern laboratories with advanced version of equipments & machinery for smooth conduct of sessional classes and R&D activities. SYNERGY Communicative Language Center enables students to update their communication abilities through advanced software and sophisticated audio-visual equipment. (At present this is the only Center in Orissa) . Synergy provides 24 hours Internet facilities to students & staffs through 10 MBPS BSNL leased circuit & 128 KBPS VSAT. SYNERGY computer center having six computer laboratories facilitate 220 students to work simultaneously. All the laboratories/Terminals can share the resources available through a Gigabit backbone with 100 MBPS desktop connectivity. SYNERGY has an excellent well-stocked computerized library with all required reading materials (International, National Journals & Magazines). Synergy is also an associate institutional member of the DELNET by which the students have free access to the World Wide Web having more than 200 libraries in 20 states of India and 5 countries outside India. This helps the students for their Project & Research Development work. SYNERGY provides 100% hostel facilities for both boys & girls with all the amenities such as Color TV, Fridge, Aquaguard, Telephone, Indoor Games, Transport, Medical and Computer Facilities etc. SYNERGY provides scholarship for meritorious students. SYNERGY anti ragging cell strictly banned ragging in any form in the Institutions. SYNERGY provides its own sports & cultural society for all round development of the students and their leisure - activities, which keeps the campus busy conducting annual sports, function etc. SYNERGY provides a separate cell for student counseling where 20 students are placed under an experienced teacher, who not only monitors the academic progress but also personal difficulties of the students. SYNERGY provides another web based support system through the Student Information System wherein the parents/guardians are provided with the details about the academic performance, attendance, discipline, internal marks, University results of their wards from the Institute's website www.synergyinstitute.net. SYNERGY provides Training and Placement Cell with a mission of placing each of our students in best corporate sectors conducts workshops, seminars, study tours and special training programs with the help of professionals of reputed organizations on regular basis. SYNERGY placed 60% of the Passed students of the 1st batch already placed in various organizations like Satyam, DRDA, INRIMT Hyderabad, IRBM Delhi, LinkWell Tech, Hyderabad, Smith Udyog Ltd., Polaris, Indian Army etc. Our students are eligible to appear in off-campus interviews conducted by TCS, Satyam, Wipro, Canbay since our college is registered under these organization
