This is for your information and kind consideration that the SMC and PTA are constitute and displaying at https://stxaviersdhenkanal.org is a fake one. The St.Xavier’s High School at Ranapasi, Po-Gengutia ,Dist- Dhenkanal ,759013 is a unit of Saviour’s Educational Trust Regd No-1282/2007. There is no such resolutions passed among the trustees of Trust managing St.Xavier’s High School to constitute the said SMC (50% women member is must as per CBSE byelaw 2018) and PTA. You are requested to restrict yourself If anyone possessing himself as chairman of SMC and President PTA and Secretary PTA ask them by virtue of resolution of Trust managing St.Xavier’s High School you are nominated.
At this juncture I would like to intimate you through Social media that Sri Debashis Mishra is neither nominated by virtue of resolution of Trust as Chairman of SMC nor Sri Sangram Biswal is President of PTA , Smt Priyanka Sahoo is Secretary of PTA designated by the Trust by virtue of resolution of Trust managing the St.Xavier’s High School.
It s further intimated you that the trust never nominated the following person as Trust nominated member for SMC by virtue of Trust resolution among the Trustees of Trust of Saviour’s Educational Trust. 1- Sri Debashis Mishra 2- Sri Suresh Prasad Tripathy 3- Sri Binoda Kumar Mohanty 4- Smt Truptimayee Nanda 5-Sri Basanta Kuma Rath 6- Smt Rajshree Satpathy 7- Smt Sasmita Mishra 8- Miss Lilly Jyoti Kawa. Thus you are requested to restrict yourself from such unwarranted people. It is important for the teachers don’t share any information about school to the above mentioned person and restrict your to give respect as SMC and PTA member. Best wishes.
