CONNECT conducted a 4 days adventure outbound training program to employees of JSW Steels Ltd held at amidst of jungles in Ganeshgudi, Dandeli, and Dharwad on September 6 - 9, 2023.

The intent of this adventure program was to create awareness and develop X Factor Skills that are essential to survive and grow in today’s competitive market and business.

The program had a mixture of joy, learning, fun, and enjoyment. The program was led by Om Kiran an outbound expert, supported by Mahesh Masal a life coach and Girish Angadi a HR expert.
The participants enjoyed and rated as a best program of their life.

The 4 days program was jam packed with Sessions, Management Activities and Adventurous Activities. The program was led by Mr Om Kiran Outbound Expert, supported by Mr Mahesh Masal Life Coach, Mr Chethan Sampradhaya Management Games Expert and Mr Girish Angadi HR Expert.
