Key Takeaways: Use of Business Model Canvas Framework to an ideal Business plan for a startup.
Mr. Rizwan explained the difference between an Entrepreneur and a Businessman. The main things that make them different are coming up with new ideas and knowing about the business beforehand. Entrepreneurs try to solve problems they or others are facing by coming up with solutions. Businessmen try to make their existing businesses bigger and try different types of businesses.
The important parts of the business model canvas were about the people who will use the product (Customer Segments), how the product will reach them (Channels), how the company will connect with the customers (Customer Relationships), what makes the product special (Value Propositions), the main things the company needs to do (Key Activities), the important things the company needs (Key Resources), the people or companies the company works with (Key Partners), how the company will make money (Revenue Streams), and the expenses the company will have (Costs). Mr. Rizwan explained all these points really well.
