The Department of Education, CTA, held a brief handover ceremony today to mark the transition between the outgoing Secretary Jigme Namgyal and the incoming Secretary, Karma Choeying.

Following the formal handover, a gathering was held at the Department of Education Conference Hall in the presence of all staff members. During the event, the outgoing Secretary delivered his farewell address, while the new Secretary shared his inaugural remarks.
The gathering concluded with an address by the Education Kalon (Minister), who extended his best wishes and guidance for the Department's continued progress and service.
