Maitreya Study Centre ‘Maitreya’ is derived from Mitra – ‘Friend’.

It means ‘friendliness born of a sense of freedom.’ It expresses acceptance of oneself and others, making a person feel at home wherever they may be; a home that is shared and loved. At Maitreya Study Centre, our mission is to contribute to the global conversation on self-actualisation and empowerment. We provide our assistance to everybody in search of the internal space where one feels a sense of belonging – simply, naturally and effortlessly, and this is what we describe as 'home'.
