Dussehra, a celebration of light over darkness and good over evil, holds deep significance beyond its religious roots. It serves as a reminder of the enduring importance of righteousness and virtue. The tale of Lord Rama's victory over the demon king Ravana teaches us that even the mightiest evil can be defeated by the forces of goodness.

This message encourages us to stand by our beliefs, uphold moral values, and trust in the ultimate triumph of justice. Dussehra is not just a festival but a celebration of India's rich cultural diversity, marked by family gatherings, feasts, and colorful processions. As we light lamps and offer prayers, let's also strive to overcome our own inner 'Ravana'—our flaws and shortcomings.

ASCE student chapter IIT (ISM), Dhanbad wishes everyone a Happy Dussehra. May your lives be filled with the light of love and wisdom.🌟🙏

As we celebrate Holi, the festival of colors and joy, let us take a moment to reflect on the values that it represents. Holi is a time to embrace diversity, spread happiness, and celebrate the triumph of good over evil. These are also the values that are at the core of a successful and inclusive workplace.

In a world that is increasingly divided by differences, we can learn from Holi to appreciate and respect each other's unique perspectives, backgrounds, and talents. By fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, we can create an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.

So this Holi, let us not only play with colors but also paint our workplace with the hues of creativity, collaboration, and compassion. Let us build a community that is not only successful but also meaningful, fulfilling, and fun.

ASCE Student chapter IIT ISM Dhanbad wishes everyone Happy Holi!

Children's Day is celebrated across India to raise awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. It is celebrated on 14 November every year on the birthday of the First Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who was known to have been fond of children. He was affectionately called Chacha Nehru ("Uncle Nehru") by children, and their faith in him was a constant source of happiness for him. As the Prime Minister, Nehru wanted to "create an atmosphere in the country where the attention is constantly focused on children and their welfare".
