𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴.

LM Thapar School of Management conducted a Masterclass on “𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀” at Auckland House School, Shimla (Boys), creating an interactive space for students to explore the skills, mindsets, and capabilities that can help them navigate an ever-changing world.

With approximately 50–55 students participating, the session was led by Mr. Sanmeet Sidhu, Head – Centre for Training and Development, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, who engaged students through insightful discussions, practical perspectives, and meaningful conversations around preparing for the opportunities and challenges of the future.

The enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from both students and faculty made the session a meaningful learning experience. A special note of appreciation to Dr. Mala Kuthiala, HOD – Commerce & Geography, Career Coordinator and PTA Secretary, Auckland House School for Boys, for her support and for helping facilitate this engaging interaction with the students. We truly appreciate the warmth and encouragement extended to the LMTSM team.

We are delighted to share the successful completion of our Online Workshop on People Analytics, conducted on 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, by our Prof. Sreekumar Pillai, which witnessed enthusiastic participation from industry professionals and senior HR managers.

𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘’𝟮𝟲 – 𝗠𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗔 marked a spectacular beginning for the Founding Batch of IPM at LM Thapar School of Management.

Under the theme “Heavenly Bodies,” the evening brought together fashion, music, performances, laughter and a whole lot of glamour as our newest cohort stepped into a night to remember. From owning the Fashion Walk to dancing the night away, the evening was all about celebrating new friendships, new beginnings and the start of a journey that will be remembered as the very first chapter of IPM at LMTSM.
