Kornik KORNIK is one of the best fine art school in Jharkhand. Kornik is the brain/child of 'Paban Roy' - The Director and Founder.

This Very word "KORNIK" in sanskrit means an instrument to smoothen the rough surface and give an aesthetic touch. No other institution or school has taken the responsibility of promoting such phycho-sensible creative issue ever before at Deoghar. Thus, KORNIK - a School of Fine Arts justify the christening of name by introducing Art for Art sake of the society. the small unit founded in the year

1991 with a handful of students has now transformed into a full - fledged school. Affiliated from 'Bangiya Sangeet Parishad' (West Bengal) in year 1992. It is a culture Devolopment Society, registered under the Society Registration Act XXI, 1860 (Jharkhand Government) in the year 2006. Its motto of bringing about a mass awerness towards the promotion of arts, crafts and culture has successfully scaled the heights of success and popularity in the district, state and now the whole country. Seminars, Workshops, Training camps and cultural programs attended by various reputed artist hailing from different part of the country are usual phenomena to boost up the sprite, entusiasm and moral of its students. Above all, a flamboyant Art - Exhibition, organized by kornik family is the most colorful event.
