🇮🇳 Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom at DPS Deoband! 🇮🇳
The Independence Day Celebration at Delhi Public School, Deoband was a vibrant tribute to the spirit of patriotism, unity and the power of youth. This year’s celebration was themed around “150 Years of Vande Mataram and Empowerment of Youth”, inspiring our students to honour India’s glorious past while stepping forward to shape its promising future.

🇮🇳 The Inter-House Vande Mataram Song Competition filled the campus with patriotic fervour as our young voices celebrated the pride and spirit of our nation.
🇮🇳 The Fancy Dress Competition for Grades 3–5 brought history to life, with our little patriots beautifully dressed as national leaders and freedom fighters, paying heartfelt tribute to the great personalities who shaped India’s journey towards freedom.
🇮🇳 The celebration came alive with patriotic songs and energetic dance performances, showcasing the talent, creativity and enthusiasm of our students.
At DPS Deoband, we believe that empowered youth are the architects of a stronger, brighter and more progressive India. Let us inspire our children to carry forward the values of courage, unity, responsibility and love for our nation.

🌿 STEM & ENVIRONMENT | MONTHLY THEME – JULY 2026 🌿

At Delhi Public School, Deoband, the month of July was dedicated to the theme “STEM & Environment”, providing students with meaningful opportunities to understand the vital relationship between scientific advancement, technological innovation and environmental sustainability.

Throughout the month, a series of special morning assemblies were conducted, with students exploring thoughtfully selected sub-themes related to environmental conservation, sustainable practices and emerging technologies. The themes included:

दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल में अंतरसदनीय कविता गायन प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन
दिनांक 30 जुलाई 2026 को दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल में कक्षा 6 एवं 7 के विद्यार्थियों के लिए अंतरसदनीय कविता गायन प्रतियोगिता का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में साहित्य के प्रति रुचि विकसित करना, आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाना तथा उनकी वाचन एवं मंच प्रस्तुति की प्रतिभा को प्रोत्साहित करना था।
प्रतियोगिता में विद्यालय के सभी सदनों के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। प्रतिभागियों ने विभिन्न प्रेरणादायक, देशभक्ति, प्रकृति, मानवीय मूल्यों तथा नैतिक शिक्षा पर आधारित कविताओं का प्रभावशाली एवं भावपूर्ण प्रस्तुतीकरण किया। उनके स्पष्ट उच्चारण, सशक्त अभिव्यक्ति, मधुर स्वर तथा आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण मंच संचालन ने उपस्थित सभी दर्शकों एवं निर्णायकों को अत्यंत प्रभावित किया।
निर्णायकों ने प्रतिभागियों का मूल्यांकन विषय-वस्तु, उच्चारण, अभिव्यक्ति, मंच प्रस्तुति तथा समग्र प्रभाव के आधार पर किया। सभी प्रतिभागियों ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते हुए प्रतियोगिता को यादगार बना दिया।
विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य एवं शिक्षकों ने विद्यार्थियों के उत्साह, परिश्रम और उत्कृष्ट प्रस्तुतियों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें निरंतर अपनी साहित्यिक एवं सांस्कृतिक प्रतिभाओं को निखारने के लिए प्रेरित किया। यह प्रतियोगिता विद्यार्थियों के व्यक्तित्व विकास, भाषाई दक्षता तथा रचनात्मक अभिव्यक्ति को प्रोत्साहित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण एवं सफल प्रयास सिद्ध हुई।

🌟 These competitions proved to be wonderful opportunities for our students to conquer stage fear, enhance their confidence, improve pronunciation and articulation, strengthen their communication skills, and develop the ability to think deeply, analyse issues, and present arguments with clarity and conviction.

At DPS DEOBAND, we believe that true education empowers children to think independently, speak confidently, listen respectfully, and engage thoughtfully with the world around them. Today, our little chefs stepped into the world of flameless cooking and turned the classroom into a delightful mini kitchen! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳💛
From sandwiches to bhel puri and creative cucumber boats, our Pre-Primary stars explored the joy of preparing food with their own little hands. 🌈🍴

With tiny hands, curious minds, and happy faces, the children learned about healthy food, creativity, teamwork, and self-help skills—all while having loads of fun! 💕👏
The excitement, laughter, and proud little smiles made this activity truly special. Learning was never this delicious! 😋✨

The children narrated a variety of interesting stories using beautiful props, colourful costumes, expressive gestures, and lively voices, making every story engaging and memorable. 🎭🌈
Each story ended with a meaningful moral, helping children learn valuable life lessons in a fun and enjoyable way. 💡❤️
