Description: Aicheng Innovation and Research Pvt. Ltd. was registered under the Companies Act and has its office at Sivasagar, Assam with an aim to promote Transforming rural livelihood through innovation. We develop and manufacture post-harvest technology of agriculture, sericulture, horticulture and food processing.
The Role: Aicheng Innovation and Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about working in the development sector and has an entrepreneurial mindset, deeply cares about improving the livelihood of grassroot entrepreneurs to achieve excellence. The Intern (technology) is expected to provide a support to the Core team at Sivasagar in the process of new product development, which involves designing, developing prototype/product, fabrication and assists in the field testing of the innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing, examining assist to develop all the technical designs.
• Create and maintain detailed tech design from concept to a manufactural product.
• Conducting relevant research for developing the prototype/ product, where the topic can be a range of different sectors.
• Providing on-site support in field testing and other relevant activities under the supervision of Team leader or program manager.
• Monitoring and evaluation of installed/developed/designed technologies.
• To develop testing templates and reports for different technologies.
• To identify mentors/guides/consultants related to the technologies, whenever required.
• Monitoring and evaluation of installed/developed/designed technologies. • Any other task/short term project assigned.

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Fresher can apply.
• Knowledge on technical designing software SOLID WORK etc.
• Knowledge on 3D Printing, CNC coding and operating.

• Strong communication skills in respective local language, and English, and writing skills to manage partnerships with local, State and national institutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the State as and when required.
• Willingness to learn, grow and develop at personal and professional front, at a rapid pace with a steep learning curve.
