India (our national flag carrier) was founded by Late. Shri JRD TATA on 15th of October 1932..

The year India still was under British raj, he gave birth to independent indias first airline named TATA Airlines (later named as Air India)..
famous mascot of Air india (The Maharja) was disigned by Comercial director Bobby cooka and umesh rao in 1946 under the leadership of JRD sir himself, which became a symbol identity of the organisation worldwide..

India inspired even today’s renouned big startups for eg Singapore airlines , Thai airways etc..
Today as we see ongoing indigo crisis Nationwide, reminds us the dedication and hardwork given by sir which resulted in the golden era of indian aviation specially in late 80’s when flying was just not a travelling purpose but it was a milestone for every flyers….
